Misleading instructions
Instruction speak of Infrared booster and HDMI loop out to feed a local display. No evidence of either feature. Also, had parts missing and seller min responsive @ 36hrs on email.Also, lost volume function on my Roku remote which feeds the transmitter. Amazon chat over an hour with 5-6 reps with no help.

Device stopped working after a month.
This device was working okay for about a month before it died. The first thing about this is that it does require of additional power in order to work so it is not “entirely” wireless. This device does require a bit of a setup in order to get this to work and the instructions could be a bit more clearer on how to do that. It was not the most straight forward setup so just be aware of that. I would not really recommend this device to anyone who is not a little versed in video and computer setup. The device has a decent range but the quality of the video is not as good compared to a wire to wire connection. It was still good but not something I would use for things like gaming and such. It is good for presentation from what I can tell. The device does get warm and the further away from each other the poorer the signal. It starts to do things like lag in sound and video which is why I really only use this more so for presentation rather than movies. The device just completely stopped working after month. I tried to switch the cables and troubleshoot but it would no longer connect. It did have power but it would no longer connect even after I changed the monitor and computer. Overall this device is not really reliable. The instructions are not very straight forward and the device stopped working. Also the color of the device is not what is shown in the picture.

Hard to set up
After my old wireless transmitter died, I purchased this product to replace the now nonworking system. I needed to pass video and PowerPoint to 2 screens in the front of the room. It took many hours of work to get this system up and running… too many. I emailed the manufacturer for support and when I got an answer, they didn’t help me set up this system, but instead tried to get me to buy another of their products. I thought seriously? This one isn’t working and now you want me to buy another of your products? The manual that comes with it isn’t very clear or helpful because it is written badly. I will stay far away from this company after this.

Decent HDMI Extender
These work very well as an HDMI extender. They were definitely a little bit difficult to get set up, however, once I did it worked very well. I do think that this product is overpriced. Given not only it’s function but also it’s limited and non rechargeable battery.
