So much fun for kids!
This kit was just what I needed when I was sitting for my little 6 year old niece. I loved the box, which she took home with all of the extra parts. The fact that the pieces are pre-cut made it much less messy and we were instantly able to start putting together our animals! She enjoyed the examples, but others may like to just wing it. Plenty of parts to do either. I highly recommend this kit. I do suggest some strong glue. Maybe a glue gun used by an adult? I bought good craft glue but our larger parts were kind of falling off. Other than my glue issue, this kit was really awesome!

Pretty decent kit
I wish the felt they used in the kit worked better with the craft glue we used because most of our puppets fell apart after we glued them, unfortunately. But it was fun to create and a cute thing to do for a relatively good value.

Cute BUT you need a glue gun
It is cute, but you need a glue gun to make pieces stick. I had crying grandkids because I used Elmer’s glue and the pieces fell off

Great activity to keep the kids occupied
This was an impulse buy when it popped into my suggested buys. I threw it up in the top of the closet for a few weeks, then had my 6- and 10-year-old grandkids (boy & girl) spend the weekend with me. At some point I wanted to get them away from video games but still keep them entertained so I pulled the box out, and they were both so excited! They spent 60-90 minutes making puppets (I didn’t realize how many were actually in the box), then a couple hours constructing a puppet theater out of an old large Amazon box I had in the garage & putting on several performances for us. I sent everything home with them and I think the older granddaughter took them with her to school. So all in all, well worth the minor cost!
