Not as easy as advertised
The ad for this product shows it being simple for those of us not trained in blue print or architecture, the help section doesnât have clear instructions for the average user just looking to do a revamp on home

keeps crashing
once installed, if you have to reinstall it, it won’t let you as it says the maximum activations have been reached. This is for the download subscription. Very frustrating!

Buggy software lacks development, waste of money.
The program is full of bugs. Alot of the buttons do not work at all. And very few shortcuts work so you will spend alot of time manually selecting tools from the drop down menus. $100 plus dollars for a program that feels like it is still in beta, if not late alpha is ridiculous. Tutorials are all dead links as well. If I could return and refund this product I would. Huge waste of money.

Not intuitive!
I’ve used Broderbund 3D Home Design software in the past which I couldn’t find (I have a really old version) and so I purchased this product. It’s not at all intuitive – it has misspellings in its help menu and in the kitchen design catalogue, there is no dishwasher! I’ve been using this for the last several hours and it’s awful. Don’t waste your money.

Do Not Buy Download Version!!!!!
This is not worth the cost. The download version is flaky. I designed a room with no problem 4 months ago, and now the program will not display any 3D renderings even though it worked in the past. You must pay for technical support, if they answer. This is not a computer / hardware issue. There are better home design programs out there and I would suggest you pass on this program and spend your money on something more reliable.
