Sports Research Multi Collagen Pills (Type I, II, III, V, X)
Not to be defeated! My original review was rejected. I do not know nor understand why…I am a 60 plus year old woman and I am relating my personal experience.I certainly am NOT being paid for this review.I have been taking this collagen supplement for just over 2 months now and my results have been great!I cannot say if yours will be the same but I definitely hope so.I have been very pleasantly surprised with my wonderfully quick results. I have extremely dry skin and it looks and feels so much better.My hair and nails look better and stronger too and as an unexpected added bonus my gut health has also greatly improved!The dose is 3 capsules a day. I find them tasteless and easy to swallow! Very easy to add to my morning routine first thing on an empty stomach. I definitely will purchase these again and feel they are well worth the money for my personal health and well being.

These are so good for you. The marine collagen is the best! It feels good knowing I’m taking more than one type. I love that they’re in capsules, they’re not too big, but they float so For me it’s hard to swallow them. I’ve recently discovered they swallow best with carbonated water, you can’t even feel them go down, it’s truly a great thing. Ive been taking these 3 a day for 2 weeks now and I can see improvements in my hair skin and nails. I’m slowly feeling improvement in my flexibility and joints, I’m hoping these help my knee muscle! I will update when I’ve completed my bottle!Update:: after completing almost 2 full bottles, never missing a day (3 a day) 3/24/20 :::I have baby hair coming in at my hairline!! Hairs super frizzy, but because of all the new growth. Yay. Nails are growing way too fast, they are very strong now I def see and feel the difference (I hate keeping up with them) Oo! OH MY GOSH my cellulite and stretch marks have improved dramatically. And my knee still feels about the same.. pain with most ways I move it :/ I’m worried. I’m About to start my third bottle, I’m also going to increase my dose to 5 a day, (2 more before bed.. these are so good for your gut)

I switched to this brand a couple of months ago, as I was, previously, using a different brand that only had 2 types of collagen. I had read that you get the biggest benefit from a brand that uses all 5 types of collagen. I’m so glad I switched because these have made the difference for me! My skin is firmer and my hair is growing like crazy! I will take these from here on out!

Hard to swallow/stick in my throat
I was really surprised to have issues with these capsules because I have absolutely never had an issue swallowing meds before. I take 3 citrucel caplets, a big multivitamin, and a big iron tablet all together in one fell swoop every day without issue. The citrucel in particular are larger and chalky but still, no issues.However, these 3 capsules get stuck in my throat every single day. There isn’t enough water in the world to get them down. I have to wait and take them only when I’m in the middle of a meal so that I can be sure the food pushes them down. Even then, it’s like they get stuck at some point in my lower esophagus and it’s painful as the food moves them down forcefully. I’ve tried taking them separately to see if perhaps they just get stuck to each other, but that didn’t make a difference. I’ll be moving on to try a different brand of collagen capsules once I finish with my current container of these.On a positive note, I can say that after 2 containers of these collagen capsules, the collagen itself does appear to be a good quality and I do see improvements in nail strength, plus less damage to my hair.
