This set has a lot and it can be intimidating. However, it comes with an instruction manual which really simplifies things for a beginner. All items were included in 116 pcs set I bought. I have not tried the pencils as yet but everything seems to be of good quality for the price point. I would by this as a gift for someone. It is a really nice set.

Our preteen granddaughter expressed an interest in sketching, and this kit was all-inclusive. As we are old school, we can encourage a young person to do any non-computer activity we are in. She is inspired to take ideas out of her imagination and sketch them. We also purchased an electric pencil sharpener from Amazon, which would complement her efforts and give her the best possible results. Our reward is that she takes pictures on her iPad and texts us.
