my medication causes me to be dehydrated quicker and to feel light-headed and the propel drinks give me energy without it tasting too salty like the gatorlyte or the pedialyte. this is like a lightweight version of electrolytes when you don’t need heavy duty power but a nice pick me up. i like that it’s not too sweet and has a mellow taste. its also really affordable and sugar free and i can have one a day if needed.

I don’t like to drink water. So when I found Propel, I was very happy. It comes in great flavors, has ZERO calories and is enhanced like Gatorade, but better. Comes in different sizes and flavors and you can drink it room temp, but is better cold. One of the better quality flavored water around. I suggest the subscribe and save to make sure you always have some on hand. Very light flavoring that is refreshing and a whole lot better than plain water.
