Great consistency and quality
I’ve tried nearly every jerky brand on the market (not the expensive, premium brands though). Jack Link’s is the most consistent product I have tried so far, and, it is fairly priced. The others, to one degree or another, are full of bad pieces (fatty, grislily, tender vs. hard, etc.). No more trial and error on jerky! For my money, I will keep buying the Jack Link products. This includes their beef snack sticks.

It’s good beef jerky
It’s about as good as I expected. This jerky definitely has some tough pieces, but it’s not an issue if you like chewy foods. The flavor is great, given that it’s just supposed to be black pepper flavor. It’s not very salty at all – the black pepper definitely shines through.One thing to notice is that the bags are quite large – they’re not single-serving packs. They are resealable though.

I have avoided Beef Jerky all my life, but this is delicious
I assumed that beef jerky was unhealthy, but I recently went on a 1-week trip with long hikes in the dry desert at altitude. This jerky was recommended as a salty snack. I assumed that I would hate it, but I actually enjoyed it. This was the first time I have ever enjoyed beef jerky.
