Ingredients Great, Taste, Needs Work.
I don’t care what brand and what flavor you pick, these types of drink ALL taste bad. I’ve tried all of Dr. Bergs flavors and can honestly state that the sport drink (in my opinion) is the best in flavor comparison, however, the flavor needs work. I’m very thankful for the Ingredients, but please look to improvements on the flavor Mr. Berg.

One of the highest electrolyte concentrations
These electrolytes have the highest concentration of several competitors. I checked the nutrition labels. It is a bit salty, but still very tasty even with the stevia. It has stopped my leg cramps and allowed me to do intense workouts. You do have to start mixing with warm water to dissolve faster, but just add cool water as you fill your cup. I do triathlons and can attest to their effectiveness during high intensity activities.. These electrolytes are superior to anything else I’ve used. See image above for comparison.

I purchased these mainly because they were made with sea salt, high quality ingredients & seemed like a fair price. Sadly, after trying just one of the packets, I can’t imagine having anymore. My favorite electrolytes
I have ordered Dr. Bergâs electrolytes over and over again. The original variety pack is one of my favorites, very flavorful and gets me to drink more water for sure. I recently ordered the Sports Hydration packs since going back to the gym, and living in the desert with the weather being over 100 degrees some days. The only difference between the two is the Sports Hydration packs are more salty in taste. Other then that theyâre both a great product.

Poor Dissolution, Flavor, and Not Worth the Price
I purchased Dr. Berg Sports Hydration, but it doesnât justify the price I paid. The powder never fully dissolves, leaving unpleasant clumps, unlike other brands I’ve tried. The flavor is disappointing, and overall, the product feels subpar. Given that it’s an unregulated industry, Iâm starting to think the government should step in and regulate these supplements. I bought it based on Dr. Berg’s recommendation, but I wonât be making that mistake again.

Flavor is definitely not the best but itâs great to find an electrolyte without the added nonsense. I add more than 8oz of water and it greatly improves flavor. Mixing does take a moment.
