This is a game changer for WFH peeps!
I had to jump on here and write a review because I can’t believe the difference this is has already made for me. I took a chance and purchased this foot rest during Prime Days. It was delivered the next day, which is already amazing to report.Anyway, I have never used one of these things before so I have nothing to compare this to. But, I am newly working from home and knew I needed to upgrade my whole desk situation fast as my current ergonomics are pretty bad.I took this foot rest out of the box and laid it on the floor with the plastic still on since I had no idea if I was going to keep it. However! WOW. This foot rest literally elevated my body and posture immediately. I could tell the fatigue in my feet disappeared only a few minutes into using it. I’m actually writing this review while still sitting in the same position!Anyway, something worth mentioning: I purchased a new seat cushion on Prime Days as well since my desk chair has seen better days. I kept hoping the cushion would feel comfy under my bum and thighs but it kept hitting me weirdly. So I began the process to return the cushion but realized that I had not tried the cushion out with the foot rest!So, I plopped the foot rest down on the floor and plopped the seat cushion in my chair. I sat down and BINGO! The foot rest immediately lifted my lower body to an appropriate position and height, and that new seat cushion feels amazing. It’s a perfect fit. I am ecstatic… it’s the little things, you know? I’m now keeping the seat cushion AND this foot rest. So before you return or throw out your cushions, consider elevating your body first with a foot rest!Also, another side note: it’s worth mentioning that of course this foot rest will vary per person, that’s understandable. For reference, I am 5’4, weigh around 160 and have all of my lower body weight on this thing. It is solid. It is not sliding around. Also, my feet have good spacing between them and around them too as they rest on the foot rest. It is durable and high quality from what I can tell… and I am realizing that 20 minutes into this writing, the swelling in my legs is down!So please do yourself a favor: don’t overlook your lower back and feet when you’re setting up your desk at home. You really should consider purchasing something like this if you plan on sitting for hours. I’m going to buy one for my dear friend who just found out that she and her hubby are expecting their first child! I just know she’s going to appreciate feeling the immediate relief in her feet like I did. I hope this was helpful.

Good Foot Rest, Not Adjustable
It works for me as a foot rest and it is comfortable. But it’s not adjustable the way the picture implies. You could separate it from its base and use either piece separately, but there is no mechanism to make it taller.

Incredible customer service, great quality foot rest
The quality of the foot rest is unmatched, and I’ve purchased several. The foam is Goldilocks comfy- not too firm nor too squishy. The adjustable height is very helpful. It didn’t end up fitting my needs because of a weird bar that runs under my desk and is in the way, but customer service generously let me pass it along to someone who can use it and refunded me. They didn’t have to, but they stood by their product completely, and for that alone, I would highly recommend this foot rest. Beyond that, it’s such nice quality that unless you have a weird desk like mine, I can’t imagine not wanting to keep it. 5 stars, try this one.

This was a gift. Recipient loved it, so I bought another for a gift and it was also appreciated. Sturdy and comfortable.

Ich habe mir die Fußstütze gekauft, da ich auch eine Sitzunterlage habe, leider lässt sich mein Stuhl nicht weit genug absenken, um die Höhe der Unterlage auszugleichen, das ist mir jetzt mit der Fußstütze gelungen.Die Fußstütze ist wirklich bequem und lässt sich in der Höhe anpassen, indem man die (mit Klettverschluss fixierte) Basis entfernt oder hinzufügt.Das Material ist auch angenehm weich und kratzt nicht.Ich habe sie seit einem Jahr und zum Preis von 65,97€ gekauft und bin auch sehr zufrieden damit.

Me ha ayudado mucho a la circulación de mis piernas y además se siente muy bien al tacto con los pies/calcetines. La calidad es excelente y después de meses de usarlo no ha perdido la forma aún cuando trabajo más de 12hrs usándolo al día.
