I’m Hooked! Works Incredibly Without Irritation
I am such a big fan of this cleansing balm! I bought this because I wear eyeliner and waterproof mascara almost daily and I was finding that I would have to wash my face 2-3 times with face wash in order to get the eye makeup off. This product works wonders on my makeup! It takes it right off without issue.The best part- it doesn’t irritate my eyes! I usually get a bit in my eyes but it doesn’t hurt at all. The only way I can tell that I got it in my eyes is because my eyesight is a little bit blurry between when I use this balm and when I wash with regular face wash (the face wash & rinsing with water clears my eye sight).One callout is that it works best if your face and hands are dry. I instinctively wet my face the first time I used it and it didn’t work as well so I was skeptical. Once I did it on my dry skin then it worked like a charm. The product is silky enough so that it isn’t irritating at all on dry skin. It actually feels kind of good and soothing.

Love hate relationship
I do like this makeup remover. Itâs very effective at removing makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean. The only downside that I canât seem to figure out is every now and then, it will turn VERY greasy and combines with my makeup to where I literally cannot get it off my skin no matter how much water and rinsing I do! Itâs the most bizarre thing! It happened last night and I had to take a wash cloth and scrape it from my face. Each time I would try to add more water to rinse it, it would get thicker and greasier and wouldnât come off my skin. It wouldnât even come off of my hands unless I scraped it off with the back of my fingernails. Then it would come off along with my makeup in little chunks. Has anyone else had this happen with this product?Like I said it doesnât happen all the time but when it does, it is incredibly frustrating and gross.

I have very sensitive eyes and most cleansers either leave makeup behind or irritate my eyes. This gets it all off and does not bother my eyes at all. Great for my aging skin and eye area, very moisturizing.

i think itâs pretty good and melts off sunscreen well, however itâs not the best at removing mascara. but iâd say it works well on my sensitive skin because i donât experience stinging. sometimes it makes my skin feel a little weird after, iâm not sure if itâs breaking me outâthere is a chance, but iâd say its cleaning ability is solid, but could do better.

After I used it, i felt my skin soft and clean. I didn’t feel comfortable using for the first time so I also used the makeup remover wipe to clean again. I found that It was clean on the wipe and I didn’t need it. I like it but the size is too small only with 1.3 OZ. If there is a large one, that would be better.
