Works FAST
Iâm a first time mom and when my baby started getting a diaper rash I used A+D because thatâs what my mom used on us. After a few days of using it, it did not work so I ordered this one. I will note that before it got delivered that day I hadnât put a diaper on my baby so that the rash could air out. At this point the rash was bleeding so when I put this cream on, i instantly saw it healing within the next diaper change. By then next day it was almost gone. I donât write reviews at all but I felt this one was so worth letting the first time moms know.

OK, hear me out, I absolutely hate the way this stuff smells, but it works so good on rashes. Although itâs a Cajun name, I have friends that use it all the way in Indiana and New Hampshire. Itâs super thick, and helps barrier rashes really well. The only two downsides are the smell, and it is a little liquidy so it does get under your nails a lot

Best butt paste out there
We have found that this one is my wife and I’s favorite. It is thick and stays in place between diaper changes, and doesn’t get fully absorbed into the diaper like others do.

highly effective at fighting diaper rash
our daughter was very susceptible to diaper rash and we were recommended this product by friends. now, we apply at every diaper change and she hasn’t had a rash in months. the tub lasts a long time since you only need to use a small amount. the double pack includes a smaller tube that’s great for storing in the diaper bag.pro tip! purchase a diaper cream spatula to contain the mess.

Favorite rash cream for 16 years
I found this back in 2008. At that time, everyone I knew was using Triple Paste or Desitin. I originally bought it because I thought the name was funny. Fast-forward to baby #3 in 2022, for daily use, I use A&D original but the medicated A&D was not strong enough and neither was any other diaper rash cream. I felt guilty having to use a prescription for steroid cream for my baby’s rashes that she got every time she had diarrhea. Then I remembered this brand (it had been 12 years since I had to buy baby stuff). Boudreaux’s Butt Paste works OVERNIGHT in ONE use to dramatically reduce or sometimes completely “cure” a diaper rash. It’s 40% zinc oxide compared to the 8-12% of other brands, so it’s definitely not for daily use. I highly recommend this brand for use as needed along with original (non-medicated) A&D or Vaseline for daily use.

We like the product because it has castor oil in it. none of the other competitor products has it. This would be 5 star if it stayed in dipper longer and it gets wiped off in dipper.

I have never rated any product as one star before no matter how terrible it was but this is really bad!! wanted to try this cream to prevent chub rub as I have used other known brands for that, but it ended up being extremely sticky and caused blisters on my skin. I wish I could return it as I only used it once and never again. Just wondering how this even works on babies skin.

It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.
