Literally Fuel for Humans
The cluster dextrin definitely gets absorb very quickly, and fuels me to go further on my workouts and even in my workplace. Great taste as well. Only minor issue is the clumps that doesnt dissolve sometimes unless you give it a thorough shake otherwise I can live with it. It also leaves a starchy film on your bottles after use. Good value for money.

My husband uses his G1M in the place of âTailwindâ the usual runner race fuel. Heâs been using for two years now and itâs been an overall positive experience. He gets great performance. He uses it on his longer runs, id say 14miles+. The product mixes well in his handheld bottle, he just gives it a little shake and heâs good to go. Heâs never complained about a flavor or texture and heâs tried them all. Loving BPN.

For about the last year or so, I was using liquid IV powder for my workouts. Worked well, just got expensive. I found this product through YouTube and decided to give it a shot. I actually got more for my buck using this product. This powder gets a little clumpy even using a shaker to blend it. The fruit punch flavor is petty weak tasting, but itâs decent. I noticed I have to make TWO of these drinks to get me through my workouts. One just doesnât do anything for me. I only had to use ONE of the IV packets and that got me through the day. It also tasted better. Unfortunately this product fell short to meet my expectations. I donât think Iâll be buying it again anytime soon.
