It works great for the little to hold on to.
I like that the bottom has a strong suction on the bottom of the base, so it doesnĆ¢ĀĀt move around. The build quality was solid and provided support for my baby while she was being washed in the shower. There is no ability to recline, but you want to keep your baby upright when they are being washed with this seat. ItĆ¢ĀĀs very easy and intuitive to use, but also has some instructions that came with it. There is minimal assembly and cleaning is a breeze thanks to the fact itĆ¢ĀĀs used in the shower! Almost forgot, it comes with a sponge and cup to pour out onto baby when bathing them. Which is more for tub related use. I hope your kids enjoy it too!

Perfect for my 6 month old baby
I have been bathing my baby in a baby bather that is more like a hammock since he was born, but once he started rolling and kicking, it became difficult because he moved so much and wanted to get out of the hammock. This bath chair is a perfect solution. He is enjoying his baths and is very motivated to sit up because he can play with water toys and doesn’t fall to the sides of his back. It supports the baby great.The chair is of good quality, easy to use, and to clean. The suction works well once there is water in the tub.

Practical bath seat, easy to assemble
Suction isnĆ¢ĀĀt great if you have a textured tub, but once baby is sitting in it, it stays in place. I also couldnĆ¢ĀĀt figure out how to get both arms to close at the same time (you have to do one side and then the other) but after a few minutes figured it out. Baby is almost seven months and loves sitting up in the tub now!

I donĆ¢ĀĀt understand the good reviews for this product. This bath seat is so crudely made and looks like something you would get from the dollar store. ItĆ¢ĀĀs honestly frustrating that this product is allowed to be sold because it poses a safety risk.We bought this seat to replace our reclined Angelcare bath seat since our LO started to want to sit up during his bath. The assembly of the product immediately lets you know what a piece of junk this bath seat is. None of the pieces fit correctly and there are little pieces of extra plastic lining the frame of where different pieces should lock in from the poor quality of the piece. The instructions are written in atrocious English which speaks to the quality of the item even more; they couldnĆ¢ĀĀt even bother to get it translated correctly. YouĆ¢ĀĀre supposed to assemble this seat by locking different pieces into place. EVERY single piece was slightly askew. We returned immediately; our kids deserve better than this. DonĆ¢ĀĀt support these sellers from overseas that take advantage of our consumerism by selling us cheap junk.

Problems
I bought this bath seat for my grandaughter thinking it would be sturdy and provide a decent amount of space in the openings to reach her and wash her while she plays in the tub. We’ve encountered some safety issues even though this is still useable- the suction isn’t that great, and one of the arms always pops off. Obviously we keep one hand on her to bathe her but we also have to reattache the arm and hold the seat down to prevent it from sliding. All of these baby tub seats are so SO overpriced for what you get, and it’s annoying to spend so much on a product and encounter problems. Still, it IS needed so we just take the extra precautions while bathing her. My granddaughter adores her bathtime but it will be awhile before she is large enough to take one without a bath seat. She definitely outgrew her baby tub so that is no longer an option. I did not have these issues with my old school bath seat with my own daughters, but granddaughter is a bit larger so I rolled the dice with this seat so she would fit better.
