Controller repair
The warranty was worth it. I sent the Oculus controller in for repair. Once they receive it I was sent and email, within a few hours I was sent another email saying the controller was repaired and was being prepared to be sent back fantastic service!!!

Easy and Fast no hassle
Had issues with my tv streaming box and even though it may still have been covered under Manufacturer warranty I was unable to contact or get response from seller and Asurion took care of me and refunded me the price within Hours. Definitely getting Asurion for all my purchases. Thank You.

They fixed my sons meta quest
I was very happy that they fixed my meta quest and I was even more happy to find out that after they have fixed his gaming device I was able to keep the insurance still for the next two years that he had that it wasn’t a one time thing where they just fixed it once and then my insurance was over that no matter what happened I can count on them

Should have purchased new instead of waste time with this service.
My child accidentally fell on a brand new meta quest 2 controller, breaking it. After well over four weeks of back-and-forth to get the controller replaced, and money out of pocket to ship controllers back-and-forth, I ended up with TWO roughly used old controllers that are in worse condition than the ones I sent to Asurion. We received one with a broken wrist band on top of it being in poor shape. I had just purchased this system in December so everything had been brand new, but we received used rollers as replacements. Do not bother with this service it is not worth the money and headache.

This is honestly worth it, I bought it thinking I just might be wasting money but what do you know the dashcam I got broke so when I emailed them about them and making my claim they communicated quickly and were very helpful with the process. They refunded exactly what I paid for it which was amazing, so I truly do recommend this because you just never know.
