Return Policy:

In the rare case, that the customer receives the product which received is damaged, incomplete, or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed for every customer. However, in such a situation you can simply contact us at support@fisley.com or call us at +1 (786) 623-5638. Claims can be done within 14 working days of making the purchase and all claims will be entertained after the approval from the quality department.

Refund Policy:

If there is any manufacturing fault in the product, then the customer can claim a refund which will be issued within 14 working days once we receive the item & will refund the amount to your bank account/other payment methods.

Exchange Policy:

  1. If the article is not used, all the packaging is in its original condition and has not been tampered with, then you are good to go with the exchange within 5 working days (subject to availability).
  2. Once the sale starts, the final price will be the final price for any exchange or return.
  3.  Please note that items on sale promotions and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

Note: The company’s decision will be considered final in all scenarios.
