All the right features.
The quality of sound is actually great. I really appreciate that it drowns out the sound machine I use. The levels of volume are distinguishable. The video quality is good enough for me to see baby breathing. There is only 1 zoom feature which I do find weird, but the normal frame isn’t wide, which isn’t totally necessary.. so as long as you’re able to set it up at a good angle it’s fine. Camera angle can’t be adjusted from monitor, you have to manually move the camera, however adjustability is really good. Night vision is superb.All in all, I recommend it.

Nice but not perfect
Camera needs to be back far from the area to be viewed – like 5 feet to get a 2 foot square area. We are using it to watch puppies in a whelping box so had to fit it to the top of a camera tripod to see the whole area. picture is not smooth like TV it’s a little jumpy. The mic works great. It will run all night on the battery and then need a charge. Since the whelping box has hard sides we can not see through we use the tripod and have the camera on the end table by the couch to keep an eye on them. We have the monitor plugged in all day and then unplug it at night and move it to the bedroom. The sound will wake you up. Screen is bright at night an easy to see the night vision – kinds in grey scale. In the end it does the job.

Works great for us!
We didn’t think we’d love this monitor but it’s truly perfect for what we need. We’ve never had connectivity issues and the image is great and sound detection also. I like how it has different bars for sound detection so that we can leave the volume lower but can tell when our baby may have woken up or is crying louder than just a typical newborn startle reflex.

Ok, not great, but decent price for 2 cameras
Using the cameras in an outdoor animal pen to watch for birthing. We do not have WiFi out there. The pen is completely protected from weather, and temps are warming up in our area, so 30s at night and cameras still working, and cameras are plugged directly into an outdoor outlet with cover. We put the cameras into thin clear bags to keep dust off of them, and image isn’t affected. Although a 1000ft range, we knew there would be problems bc the pens are behind a metal barn. Distance might be 150-200 ft away from monitor. We had to play a bit with placement in the pens to get reception in the house, trying to keep them high up and away from the metal barn wall. Even then, the best reception is in a laundry room cabinet with a brick wall behind it. Monitor is plugged into a wall outlet in the laundry room. Still easier to check much more frequently rather than booting to go out to pens (which we do several times a day). Also nice to have the sound so we can hear animal noises in case they start labor. The size of the view is on the smaller side, but we are trying to get as much of the pen as we can, and it’s ok -maybe a 5’x5’ floor view with the cameras about 6 ft high on one wall. The pens are bigger than that, but can see most of the pens. View at night is rather dismal, and hard to make out anything much…of course the animals are still and sleeping and there is still the sound. To make this a bit like a WiFi camera, we have a Blink camera pointed at the monitor, in case we are out and away from home and want to check on the animals- it’s not perfect, but better than no access.

Funciona excelente, llegó bien empacado. Las cámaras tienen buena calidad de imagen, el monitor se escucha fuerte y claro, fácil interacción para ver ambas cámaras y alcanza una distancia considerable para moverte dentro y fuera de la casa, y poder estar pendiente del bebé.

I love that it is local access only, so little hacking risk. The ability to move the camera remotely is also a game changer. Battery powered receiver means I can move it quickly and easily around the house without futtzing with cables. It reaches my basement office from our bedroom on the first floor (and other side of the house) easily. Resolution might be a little low, but for the price point you can’t go wrong.
