They dont keep in place
Update: The company contacted me and offer me a full refund. In case that you don’t like it rest assured they have a great costumer service. Thats why I’m changing my stars.You have to stay still otherwise they will fall.

Barely saturated and doesn’t stay

At least you can rest assured that if the product doesn’t work out for you, you’d receive excellent customer service.——————I really wanted to like this product cause it does indeed look very cute but, its appearance doesn’t make up for the lack of quality and effectiveness. I’ve used 1/3 of the box to make sure it’s not a blunder on my part. Each time, results are the same. It’s barely saturated and never stays in place, constantly slipping. I place it under my eyes but within a few minutes, it’s migrated down my cheeks so I have to keep pushing it back it place. (The only time it doesn’t slip is if I’m in a reclined position) All that would be fine if it actually works but it doesn’t do that either. It doesn’t de-puff and barely moisturizes. My under eye area looks the same as they did before using it. Very disappointed. Not a good value for money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Slide down
I used these under my eyes. You have to lay down so that they don’t slide down your face. They are nice and cool and I like the hydration. But I wish I can move around and do things while I have them on.

Can’t tell yet!
I can’t tell if the pads are working. I have had the pads for about a week so hard to tell but when I put them on they feel cool on my face. I found I can leave them on overnight and they haven’t fallen off yet (I don’t toss and turn). I may be a while before I see the full effect they are supposed to have under my eyes.
