Great Colors
The Hapikalor Jumbo Color Pencils are great. The colors are bright & fun. I purchased a different brandâs smaller pencil & realized I preferred a pencil with a broader stroke so I purchased the Hapikalor jumbo pencils. Technically, I use them for something other than their intention, so my only con is that pencils do not erase well. I had to purchase a specialized sand eraser for ink since ordinary pencil erasers do not work. I highly recommend whatever you decide to use them for, coloring, drawing, etc. Reasonably priced compared to other manufacturers.

I love to relax by coloring and originally bought these multicolored pencils on sale for $10 as a treat for myself so when I first saw that the 3yo grand-twins I babysit had found them and ripped the box open I was kinda sad, but that soon changed after seeing how much they enjoyed using them too!The different combination of colors in each pencil add some dimension and beauty that helps them feel the same joy I have when using them and a sense of pride in their finished artwork that I think expands their creativity some whenever we bring them out with their crayons and markers.I do know that the now 4yo girl is learning how colors can work with and against each other and while we have several coloring books, sheâs now choosing to use blank paper more often and Iâm always delighted with her creations!I also like that the wood pencils and their multicolored âleadâ stands up to my grandsonâs aggressive style without much breakage and can be used with a light or heavy hand. Iâm back several months later to buy another box just for me, although Iâll probably share these when I go to visit my 10yo grandchild. ð

Great stocking stuffer
I bought this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas and it was perfect. Iâd only recommend for children because it can get kinda annoying for adults when drawing something serious and it changed colors for no reason. The quality is mediocre, itâs a bit to soft, kinda like those bendable pencils youâd see during school, theyâd work but theyâre just feel wrong. The value is great for younger siblings or a significant others younger siblings. Theyâre about the same shape and size of a regular school pencil, maybe a tad bit bigger. And the sharpness is that a pre sharpened pencil, after that itâs based on how you sharpen it. Iâd recommend keeping it kinda dull so it the color changes more often. But over all itâs great.
