I started taking an omega oil supplement due to dry eye. The old supplement was ok in that my optometrist could see a difference in my eyes. The info was convincing and, having nothing to lose with the free return policy, I bought a container. After several days of taking the Sports Research omega oil I could feel a marked improvement in the dryness of my eyes, and before a month was up I also had a bonus of a major improvement with dry mouth!!
