QN85A 55 inch, such fantastic tv
Update, somehow pepole call that gray black, maybe I need new glasses, so I uploaded some new photos from youtube videoYou guys jude it yourself.âââSamsung has done wonderful job after the fail of the 2020 model I gotta say they nailed it this timeI dare say black here is same or even better than oled,Pros-Beautiful brightness and black-Alexa does perfect job on hand free control even with my bad accent she understand every command I gave-Adaptive picture does wonderful in here, for me it does way better on movies then movie settingsI tried gaming, 4k movies streaming from pc etc and the picture is stunningThe design is one of the best out thereThe little new remote working very wellââ-ConsWorse tv audio ever lol but can be fixed with sound bar, changing the tv audio settings does nothing at all, so I suggest you get sound bar, itâs so bad that we are watching movie and everyone keep asking the next person â what did they just say â-as usual Tizen apps availability not that many and side load apps getting stuck often and need to reinstall them, however almost all major streaming services and apps are there- no longer able to stream your good stuff from pc using smart view anymore, some people might not care about that but for me its important. However overall in my view still 5 stars I would give it more if possible, for the price itâs worth every pennySpecial thanks to Amazon driver and the other person they got it to my door on the second floor and they didnât let me help at allI will be updating this review in few weeks , sadly the sound bar didnât arrive yet so will have to wait to see how it goingI would recommend it to any one, I am thinking of getting another one for my bedroom alreadyThanks all

Picture is unbelievable, Support is laughable.
So I would highly recommend this item. The picture is amazing. Even more important is the way it combats reflection issues especially for folks who have that problem. It is stunning even when the sun is shining directly on the screen! It’s a new adventure in happy viewing! On the other hand, please beware that Samsung support is rather lacking. I tried 3 times to get an answer to how I would set up audio through my Yamaha and B&W surround sound. The first “expert” told me to use a cable with a 3.5mm plug. (Okay, that’s funny). I had to explain to her that I was not attempting to plug in my phone or a tablet. She literally couldn’t fathom what else I might want to do. I asked is there audio out? She asked if I could “hold please?” 30 mins later she said I would need to connect thru HDMI. I did, but there is no HDMI out. 2nd call got a new “expert” who did not know if audio out existed, and after a few minutes on hold, came back to say I must connect thru HDMI eARC plug. (NOPE). 3rd call and I asked “Looking for audio out, how would I wire in a soundbar? “Do you have a Samsung soundbar?” No, I don’t have a soundbar, I’m simply asking how it would be done. Must be an audio output somewhere.” (Expert: “OH, Samsung soundbars are the best! You Should get one!”Bottom line those soundbars are bluetooth, and the Experts have no idea how to connect to a far superior surround system.HOWEVER! I figured it out, without their help, or perhaps despite their responses, and you must use the older style optical cable, the switch to optical output in the Expert sound settings. Never fear all is well, if your do so. Buy the NEO QLED it’s fabulous. And buy a Samsung soundbar if you do not have a nice surround system. Or, if you do have a sound system go get an Optical cable and save yourself a lot of silliness with the “Experts.”

Excellent TV!
This tv is a solid choice for anyone looking for a high quality picture in this particular size range. It is super light weight, the way they setup the packaging to help you get the tv stand on it is much appreciated and in no time I had my ridiculously large tv in place and was setting up all my streaming services. I couldn’t tell you what the sound quality is like, as I had immediately hooked up my own sound system to it, but the picture is amazing. Its vibrant, clean and provides great detail. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the interface for their smart tv setup. I am admittedly a user of Vizio tvs mostly, and with this being the first Samsung that I am using the Smart Tv interface on, its a big change. There is nothing wrong with it persay, just be mindful it does take getting used to.

TV w/ Sleek Design & Beautiful Picture Quality
We selected this TV over an OLED solution for our bright, small living room. We have noticed a reduction in screen glare caused by outside sunlight reflecting on the screen with this TV versus our previous UHD TV. But the biggest improvement weâve noticed is the wider viewing angle! You truly get as good a look at the TV sitting diagonally, off to the side of the screen, as you do sitting directly in front of it. Our only gripe is the added bloatware in the smart features that canât be deletedâSamsung TV, etc. Thereâs also quite a bit of lag (despite our high network speeds) when navigating the main menu and loading streaming applications. I think designing good streaming application integration is probably very difficult, as streaming applications are constantly releasing updates, but for this price Iâd expect better. Weâll probably default back to our Amazon FireTV Stick once we determine the best way to plug it in to this TV. With the TV being so shallow, there is hardly any room to plug in cables and adapters once it is mounted. All that said, we are satisfied with our choice and love streaming shows and movies on our new TV!
