Heavenly Waffles
I just tried one for the first time and immediately had to have another. They are absolutely delicious! My first thought was I have to go leave an Amazon review, which I hardly ever do. I can’t believe they only have 3 grams of sugar. Knowing I ate 2 and only consumed 6 grams of sugar is amazing. I immediately ordered another 12 pack. They are sweet and chewy and unique in flavor. If you’re looking for a yummy snack without a lot of sugar, you found it!

Packaging was busted open upon delivery, so the cookies were strewn about the box and some got damaged, but some survived the journey. If product intactness matters to you, be wary. The cookies themselves taste good even when crushed; a little sweeter than expected. They make good milkshake garnishes.

Every morning, I make up a bowl of yogurt, cottage cheese, unflavored whey protein isolate, and seasonal fruit, and I crumble half of one of these on top. A divine breakfast. The snickerdoodle imparts a really great cinnamony flavor, but they’re a little more crumbly and have less fiber than the Oats & Honey variety. You have to pick your battles, I guess.
