I like the flavor. Itâs a dense cereal so I donât advise filling your bowl to the top unless youâre a purposely wasteful person. If youâre gluttonous, though, this might be to your liking.Please note: as stated, it is a CEREAL. These are neither nuts or grapes, despite its name. Some of the members of my church bought this thinking it was a grape-flavored nut theyâd yet to try. Others thought that it was a fruity grape- tasting cereal. However, please note, again; itâs cereal only.

Great crunch can be added to ice cream yogurt i like grapenut ice cream but it’s hard to get so this works well great fiber source with crunch and flavour

I always liked Grape Nuts many years ago, but over the years had pretty much forgotten about it and had been eating bran flakes instead. Then the doc told me my triglycerides where through the roof and I had to knock off sugar and carbs. I explained I eat unfrosted cereal and she said it all has sugar in it. So have been eating oatmeal now for several years.Then a guy on a forum I go to said try Grape Nuts it has no sugar. So I looked at the ingredients on Amazon, and sure enough no sugar! So I ordered two boxes. My only issue was one box was really smashed from just being in a bag, but the inner bag had not broken open. So I have been eating thatwith a small handful of unsalted whole almonds and dried cranberries. It is quite tasty!But with the box being crushed a lot of the cereal got crushed with it which is still edible, but not quite the same and why I knocked off one star. I bought a box from the store which cost a little more but the box is perfect so we will see how the cereal inside is in a few days.

Muy sabroso, nutritivo, crujiente, y sin azúcar (ni edulcolorantes). Su nombre es peculiar, pues no contiene ni uvas ni nueces, básicamente es centeno con vitaminas. Ojalá se consumiera más en México, donde hasta los cereales para bebé, de todas las marcas, contienen azúcar. El azúcar es un asesino silencioso.
