Great workout and only model that can turn off the punching noise
I got this unit 8 months ago for cardio conditioning. I currently have worked up to punching 4,600x in 20 minutes. I think I maxed out on the fastest speed of 9, but still serves me well. Itâs a great and fun workout. Helps with hand and eye coordination. Also a great stress reliever after a long day of work.I tried other units before, but there was an annoying punching noise that was distracting. This is the only unit that when holding down the âSpeedâ button, the volume decreases and mutes the noise. All others donât do this and many complain about it. Not sure why other buyers of this model complain about the noise, when the instructions clearly note to hold the âSpeedâ but to mute the punching noise. I just crank up my music externally or put on my headset and go at it. Works perfectly!Build quality is solid. I go at this machine fast and hard, especially with the stress at work, and itâs held up. Itâs space saving and cost effective. The adhesive works well on smooth walls, otherwise, Iâd suggest screwing the adhesive Velcro to the wall. The gloves that came with the unit was great at first, but it eventually gave me blisters on my knuckles. So I bought another set of boxing gloves that has cushion. This is my only reason to drop a star.All-in-all, this is my go-to cardio supplemental workout for two to three times a week. Great workout that makes you break out in a good sweat!

This was easy to set up! I put it in my laundry room. The blue tooth connects to my phone and I punch to my favorite music! It’s a quick and convenient way to work out! I love it!

This is the best workout device!
I am having the time of my life using this device to box my way to better health. I am a senior citizen so I limit myself to using it every other day. My high blood pressure is better, my heart rate has improved and I’m losing weight. Once out of the package, I charged it for the recommended 1/2 hour, adhered it to the wall (I used the sticky board) and was ready to go! It’s a fun quality device. The only downside is trying to stop using it — you’ll get addicted.

Better Than Expected
Bluetooth sounds amazing, and itâs truly a great product to use when youâre just looking for a quick workout. Product is easy to set up, and easy to use. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this brand!

Bluetooth feature is just a speaker, it doesn’t sync the lights to the beat of the music.
I was excited because I thought the Bluetooth feature would sync the lights to the beat of my music, but unfortunately, it doesnât. The speaker isn’t that great so it might be better to use your own speaker for improved sound quality. That said, the product can still provide a good workout, and the setup is easy. While I’m uncertain if itâs entirely worth the price, it is cheaper than a punching bag and more convenient to use.

Fun Easy Workout
Love that you can pick the pattern. It lights up to show which pad to hit. It will follow along with your pace. Won’t work plugged in, so make sure you charge it daily. Otherwise there is a delay in it recognizing you touched pad and it will not count hit. I wish it had a timer function.

Love this thing!
First off it comes with multiple ways to put it on your wall which is great when you live in apartment. My apartment used textured dry wall so it’s hard to screw things in and the texture makes it hard to stick anything. So I used the Velcro straps that stick and added a few nails in the strips ony and it works like a dream! Not to mention it connects to anything that has Bluetooth so I like connecting my old phone to it so I can put in my headphones. But this thing is so much fun!
