I played this thing for a couple hours hereâs some good qualities:If you are looking to get into virtual reality I highly suggest you buy this over the Quest 2. Itâs exactly like the Quest 3 just without 2-3 features.The quality is actually insane, and design and lightweight feeling is so nice. Compared to its predecessor models.The battery life and speed is exactly how described.Also the Facebook game new Horizons is dead donât buy it for that please lmao.But this is exactly what youâll purchase for gaming and a fun experience I suggest buying this over any headset if you are starting out or just wanting a great quality headset for price.

For my first home VR experience, this headset does an absolutely great job as an introduction. The headset has good graphics, runs well, & plenty of storage for a much cheaper price than what other companies are offering. Another plus is that I can connect wirelessly to my PC & play games that I already own on Steam.

Only few problems
I just got the Vr about a week ago. Delivered earlier than is said which was amazing. Only problem was the packaging was open which is a red flag for me because this is an electronic device. Amazon has never been good about handling packaging lightly and I personally think there should be a label that is breakable but that is not the point. I wouldnât recommend ordering a device from Amazon again.Week later update. I have played it and is absolutely amazing. Everything works. Cameras are a bit fuzzy when using the option to see your space but that is not the main thing. The only thing is the games are a bit pricey but still very fun. Love that there is options to add free games and there are different worlds for online. Overall great purchase and would recommend.

A major upgrade from the original Quest
I’ve only used the og Quest as I couldn’t afford the Quest 2 at the time and didn’t see the upgrade significant enough to buy it, but this headset is honestly the best headset for people on a budget, be wary to check you IPD before buying this headset as it only has three set settings and if you don’t fall within them you will have a bad time

I have a psvr2 and already justified this headset for the AR alone! I also previously had a quest 2 and was delighted with the step up in quality from that.

Cannot link payment on the meta app, can’t purchase anything and I found this is happened to many buyers. Dud…Meta, do better. I wouldn’t buy again, if you can’t download and buy a game, what good is it? Can only play the freebies.

I own Quest 1, Quest 2, and I purchased and returned the Quest 3 after testing it.Quest 3 was appallingly disappointing. Expensive, not high quality construction, yellow tinge on screen, dark vignette around edges of lenses, noisy fan, worse black levels than Quest 2, HORRIBLE binocular overlap causing a giant “nose” in view.Quest 3S has none of these issues, but all the benefits of the Quest 3 processing power and GPU.Fast, great passthrough. plays standalone games and Team Beef ports beautifully.Great fast wifi plays PCVR great. Processing also means faster decoding for smoother PCVR.The optical package while largely the same from Quest 2 is somewhat improved, with slightly improved field of view due to the facial interface and thickness of the device.The view is clear, sharp and bright and colorful.The controllers are compact and good. The headset itself sits flusher to the face so it feels more nimble.Amazing value for the price.Keeping it, getting accessories and sticking with it as my main headset. very pleased.

I so impressed with the The Quest 3S. The mixed reality mode is great. You can see your objects and you in your place and still get the VR feeling. In full VR mode you can set boundaries so your not banging into things.I got The Super Natural fitness program and it fills like I’m training with a instructor in my living room. I used to use the PS4 VR and The Quest 3S blows it way. Be wireless is great. I have also play VR games with AirlinkWell worth the price. The new batman game is incredible in VR.I would have added video and photos but haven’t figured out how transfer them to my device.

I think Meta did the right thing launch Quest 3s set at very attractive price point …that draw myself & many others to hop on the VR wagon…..forget about Apple vision….can do 90% Apple vision can do, Meta had a huge library of apps ready to enjoy …why wait for Apple vision to establish & why pay more .Can’t wait to try Batman at launch….and many exciting app around the corner

The vr it self is the best, I came from the quest 2, the lenses kinda seem to be more off than the quest 2 lenses, it tends to fall if your head a lot as it’s heavy but I went to my 3d printer and printed a part where you can put a quest 2 straps to the quest 3s and it worked and the vr felt comfortable again. I really recommend this vr
