I order this frequently and they are always fresh, expiration date is about 2-3 mouths which works well for me since I break up the noodles right out of pack and eat without cooking. My favorite & only snack. BTW, it is OK to eat that way since they are pre-cooked. I save the sauce packets for other meals.

We bought 5 cases of these to hand out for Halloween at our campground. Hand these out every year and everyone loves it every year. Cost wise Amazon is cheaper by a few cents than the grocery stores plus ya don’t have to run out and get them.
