Great buy
I bought these for my dad because I was tired of him always having me on speaker. I was iffy because they were on sale, and the reviews were mixed. I’m not sure what they were talking about because the battery life is crazy long for both case and the buds. The sound quality is clear. The mic works very well although it does pickup background noise. Overall, great value for the price. I can’t get him off the phone now that he has them!

Fantastic Earbuds
The audio quality on these earbuds is unbelievable. Its seriously great. They also have an (optional) easy to use app that you can download onto your phone for more customization of the earbuds. You can change up the controls, like what happens if you tap the left ear bud once, or twice, etc… The app also has a pretty good equalizer with several different settings to choose from, or you can do a completely custom setting. I like lots of bass, so I set it to that preset and… wow! I didn’t think it was possible to get that much bass (and overall sound quality) from a pair of earbuds. While its not as good as my Skullcandy Crusher over-the-ear headphones, it isn’t that far off either.I only have 1 complaint about these earbuds and its something that I saw from another reviewer and I noticed the same thing as well. The size. They’re large – at least the part that goes into your ear. Overall they seem like standard sized earbuds but they do have a tendency to come loose or fall out of my ears. Maybe they aren’t larger than normal and its just the shape. I don’t know, but I have noticed that these don’t stay put as well as some others that I’ve used in the past. That said the audio quality of these makes up for that so its just a minor concern for me.

Decent Purchase
The fit took a little getting used to, it’s fine until I run or have to move my head as if looking between papers and a screen or something. The sound quality is pretty good for what it is and I really like the battery life that I’ve gotten so far. There are a few things that I don’t care for though. I’m not sure if there’s a setting to change it, but anytime there’s wind or air movement the earbuds make a crackling sound. Not sure if they’re trying to cancel that noise out or what, but I work in a machine shop so we use air guns quite a bit and it’s less than desirable. The other thing is that after five months or so the right earbud stopped charging. I’ve cleaned the contacts on the earbud itself as well as the contact in the case but still can’t get it to charge, so now I just have one functioning earbud. I usually only have one in anyway, but I liked to alternate between the two sides to stretch battery life a little. For the amount of money I spent on these, I definitely don’t regret buying them. However, I also would not buy them again unless they were on sale or a revised version came out because of the earbud that doesn’t work.

Jbl quality, BUT just plain bad design
I bought these headphones to replace another set of JBL headphones that has been put through the wash. Those headphones were the kind that “plug” into your ear, and they were exceptional. Great noise cancelation, great call quality and battery life. I loved the JBL app and i loved th headphones themselves. So when it was time to replace them, I went on amazon, typed in JBL headphones and quickly ordered this pair that were a bit more expensive, but I felt confident in the choice (the JBL brand has already won me over so I felt comfortable going with a higher priced one without much research, thinking that the cost would be representative of the level of quality, and the quality would be the same/better as the previous headphones, a pair i bought from kohls for about $30 btw)Unfortunalty In my haste, I didn’t notice that these are fundamentaly different headphones than what i had before. These are the kind that “sit” in your ear rather than “plug” into them. I noticed this right away once they arrived and was disappointed….my fault for not making sure, but still. Here i was. I found myself in a predicament. I needed to keep headphones since I was about to board a plane for a vacation, but these weren’t the ones I wanted! And they are kinda pricey. Ugh. I decided to keep them and give them a shot. I tried all the different size fittings and found some that worked-ish. Now it’s about 3 weeks later and I’m here writing a review.Ultimately the headphones have a good quality feel, good battery life, etc. And im sure they compete with the other major brands and outperform them for the price. But to me, these and just not good headphones. And I postulate that this design is just plain inferior to the “plug” in kind in every regard. These never really feel like they are secure in the ear, they don’t seal in the ear to create rich deep bass and smooth mids. When there is even the slightest breeze the wind catches them and sends a blast of whistling noise in through the edge of the earbud. And most dissapointing to me,the active noise cancelation doesn’t seem to do diddly squat. On my other pair. The difference of turning ANC on/off was night and day. They really blocked out the sound!. On these, there’s hardly a difference. Certainly not enough to justify wasting battery life on the feature.Ultimately these may be fine for you if you know for a fact you like this style, but my opinion is these are, and always will be an inferior style of headphone. And I regret not returning these. Be sure to check that this is the style you want and In my case, they may “accidentily” make their way in the washing machine sooner than later.

I’m using it almost every day for a year, and it’s much better than my previous JBL earphones that died after 6 months. It connects fastly to the phone and get a lot of different settings. Unfortunately, lately there have been sudden interruptions in the sound for a couple of seconds, which is sometimes annoying. Also, with time of use, the volume in the earphones weakens, which is generally normal. The battery holds a charge just as well. Good bass and clear sound, I think this is one of the most successful models of in-ear headphones in the last couple of years.

Cumplen muy bien su función. La baterÃa es duradera, se escuchan bastante bien. La relación de precio-calidad es adecuada. Valen la pena.

The noise cancelation works well. Like it that the earbuds was designed to âlockâ inside your ears & donât drop off easily. Charging cable in orange colour. Good idea to allow me to identify the right charging cable.
