Our son was a terrible sleeper. I ordered this when he was about 8 months old. I also ordered a white noise machine. Between the essential oil and the white noise machine it changed his sleeping. He was finally just waking up once at night when before he was waking up 3 to 4 times. If your babies having trouble sleeping this is worth trying. It truly helped us.
