Works..BUT..just one issue.
These do work well and keep my foot in place all day so that I can actually wear those shoes that are slightly too large for me. Be careful when taking them out of your shoe though. They easily rip off part of the insole covering. So, if you donât mind that happening, they are great. Next I put them inside a shoe for the first time, I might try using black electrical tape as a barrier layer between the insole and these heel stickers, that way they it should come off cleaner because the electrical tape is easy to peel away.

Would not recommend. Does not work as mentioned.
I bought these for a wedding because one of my shoes was a little loose. Getting the first tab off was easy. Pulling the second one off was not as easy. Once she was on the tape didnât stay as it was supposed to. Trying to pull it off was nearly impossible. It ended up pulling the sole of my shoe off. We then had to replace with another adhesive. If your feet sweat AT ALL, this is not the product for you. I ended up with a sticky mess in my shoe and a torn soul. The next day I was able to peel off the residue but this was a hot mess. I will not purchase this product again.

Stronger than you think
It totally ripped off the soles of my high heeled sandals when I took them off ð The shoes were old anyways so I donât care much for them but it will definitely keep your shoes in place.Make sure to remove your shoes carefully because the adhesive is so strong that could damage delicate shoes beyond repair. I would totally buy again ðð¼

The other reviews are true. Your shoe will be destroyed b/c it will pull the entire sole up.

Ripped insole
Product works, I was able to walk without losing my shoes for 7 hours. It could last even longer as you can see from the video. Unfortunately, as other reviews mentioned, it destroys your insole. I put an electric tape to protect insole but it didnât help. Itâs still ripped my insole. I wish there was a way to protect the shoe.

Shoe inserts
Because of my narrow heel most shoes do not fit properly so I need shoe inserts and these tabs did not stick on inserts . I wound of with a piece of sticky tape on insert. Double sided Alien tape would probably work as well. Waste of money for my shoe problems.

Value for money
I used them for one of my pencil heels shoes and it remained intact all thru the party. I always feel awkward and embarrassed when it slides cuz of high heels but this time my feet were attached and I could walk comfortably. Only thing I would not use in my really expensive ones since tape isnât coming out.
