This thing is awesome and huge
We got this for my son‘s game room for Christmas and it is way better than I thought it was going to be. It was a lot bigger and sturdier and more beautiful than I thought. It is extremely heavy, so you definitely need to get it into the studs and use all of the hardware! But we have it up and it’s holding all of his video game consoles and it just looks cool and like I said it’s really big. Definitely recommend this product!

Easy to assemble
The assembly was pretty easy! All tools are provided including two screw drivers. Putting it on the wall was a little more challenging. Great size and pretty good quality for the money.

Loved the floating entertainment idea! Makes our living room look very nice! Easy to clean, don’t have to worry about dust bunnies, everything has a cute decoration place. Only one thing I wish was different about it; that would be maybe a slight lip of some sort or maybe came with some non-slip fabric for decoration we placed on it due to the fact whenever we watch a movie or listen to music the vibration makes everything fall off. Oh! One more thing! DEFINITELY make sure u have an extra hand of help when it comes to hanging ot up. It’s pretty heavy to place it alone. Completely easy to build though.

It looks good BUT…
It looks good BUT it’s tough to install if you don’t have enough studs to anchor it down with. I installed it on a short wall. So trying to center it with what studs were available was hard. I had to find another way to anchor it down. So just take that into consideration if you’re buying the large one. Hiding wires is also an issue but just google some ideas and you’ll figure something out. We have an older Xbox and it didn’t fit flush in any of the cubbies. Other than that, it’s sturdy and looks great under the tv.

Not easy to mount
I really like the look of this, but there were some issues with the install. Unless you have studs to center this piece perfectly under your tv, you’ll have to make up how to mount this to the wall yourself. There are three ways to mount this and none of them worked.1) There is only one place to install the hanging mounts, so if those don’t line up with a stud, they are useless.2)There are four pre-drilled holes for you to screw into the wall so if they don’t line up to a stud, you have to drill your own.3)There are three L brackets that you can use that have pre drilled places on the very bottom, but if they don’t line up to a stud, you will have to drill and attach them in other places. Also, the three brackets alone are not sturdy enough to hold the piece, it will lean off the wall at the top.To make sure this was secured to the wall I went out and bought extra L brackets to attach the top of the piece to the wall as well as the bottom. I also drilled my own holes in the back to secure it that way.The one other issue I have is there is an access hole at the topfor cords to come in from the tv, but there isn’t one at the bottom for the coax cable to come through so I will have to drill my own. There is also an access hole from the left cubby to the middle, but there isn’t one from the middle to the right cubby so no electronics can go over there without drilling one myself.After all of that extra work, I really like it. If you are looking for a quick install, this my not be the piece for you.

Would’ve been nice.
I really liked the look of this unit and it was great when I had it set upon a big cabinet. Unfortunately, when I attempted to mount it to the wall the following year, I had one issue and then a catastrophic failure on the plastic pieces holding the rods to the top piece in place. First, I got the corner brackets in place underneath and started to finish mounting it, but the shelf was leaning away from the wall at the top. So I then marked through on if the holes inside the side boxes so I could anchor and affix it there as well. When I lifted the unit away from the brackets, the right side of the top piece broke away from the rest, the whole unit fell to the floor and snapped in half. I guess it’s not surprising considering it’s made of unimpressively made particle board, but I’m just really disappointed having enjoyed it sitting on that cabinet for a year, then it to break when I try to use it as intended.

The screws are garbage and strip or snap when you try to tighten them. None of the holes or mounting points are actually 16 inches apart so mounting to studs is impossible anyways. The wood is particle crap.
