Super handy and portable
I have a school-age child and we are really getting into crafts these days. This is opened up my interest in curiosity to discover my artistic side with some Paint By Numbers and diamond painting.This is super handy to keep my neck from straining and big enough for most of my projects. The inside holds quite a bit; drills, paint brushes, toothpicks, paint, etc. it closes really easy and appears to be sturdy. The knobs tighten enough so when I press down, it does not move.I do recommend getting some magnets intended for art projects if you are working on a small piece to keep all four corners from moving.

Smaller then what I thought.
It’s ok, compact which it is good, but can’t store what I thought I could in it. It might be good for water color or possible oil. The actual easel is big enough for at least 11×16, and perhaps a little larger. Gave it a 4 star, I’m still going to use it.

Don’t worry, it’s roomy
I had hesitated wondering if this box could hold a range of supplies, but it can. Adjustable vertical canvas holder at the top of the box causes a bolt to appear at the upper middle of the surface which isn’t ideal for paper, but it’s manageable. Bottom canvas rest is handy for holding instruments. Surface is smooth. Angle of the surface is easily adjustable. Minimal assembly required, nothing too complicated. Two clasps of pretty good quality and a leather handle at the top. The box is meant to lay horizontally since the little rubber feet are at the “back” of the box which forms the base when the surface is used. There are no feet at the bottom/adjacent to the handle. The storage area inside the box is somewhat customizable, but can still hold a good amount of stuff with all dividers intact. For example, my box – with all dividers – can hold a 24 ct flat tin of colored pencils, 12ct flat tin of pencils, a flat tin of watercolor, two-layer tin of 24ct colored pencils, three-layer tin of 36ct colored pencils, erasers, pencil lead refills, sharpener, several blending stumps, gel pens, brushes, multiple pencil extenders, AND STILL CLOSE. It takes a little playing with the arrangement, but even so, it can fit a good amount of stuff. I’m sure this would be even easier if the wooden dividers were actually removed. 10/10

Adjustable work surface is wonderful
I am helping a person with tunnel vision and I realized that she cannot see what is on the table. So, I bought this art desk to see if that would help her. With the adjuster I am able to angle it just the way she needs and now she can see what she is working on! The box is well constructed and has a good finish. No splinters or rough edges. I like the flat bottom so she can use it either on a table or directly on her lap when in her recliner. Much better than an easel. And it is very easy to carry around and to store.

More than expected. Well pact, good quality, and would buy again

J’ai acheté ce produit pour ma nièce et j’ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité du bois, la belle poignée, les fermetures robustes et surtout la légèreté du produit. Les parois en bois sont minces, ce qui rend la valise assez légère. Je ne l’ai pas assemblée et je ne sais pas si le couvercle supporte suffisamment la pression des coups de pinceaux, mais à prime à bord je suis satisfaite de mon achat. J’aurais apprécié plus de diviseurs dans la valise par contre, mais autrement le reste semble bien.
