Worth every penny!
I love this series and I bought the companion cookbook to go along with it. I just watched a segment yesterday and plan to make one of the items (angel food cake) today. This is an excellent series and the cookbook is fantastic with pictures for each item. It also reviews all the products tested in the DVD in the cookbook so it’s easy to review what they chose and why. Buy both and you’ll love having them. I’m slowly collecting all the seasons.

Love America’s Test Kitchen / Cooks Country! All the chefs, the product reviews, taste tests, education by the inimitable Christopher delight my soul. 10 stars! I watch them on PBS, but it is so nice to pop them in my dvd player whenever I need my “fix”.
