Who Knew?!
These rubber bands are strong, stretchy, endlessly useful, and extremely affordable! I can’t look at a rubber band without remembering helping my young son carry a huge Christmas haul from the car to the house. It took three trips. Then he spent the evening on the floor playing with a pencil and a rubber band. Just for fun, I checked WikiHow to see what suggestions they have for rubber bands, and learnedthat they keep longer in the refrigerator. Lastly, I keep plenty of rubber bands, pencils, and “targets” on hand for g’children, as the lowly rubber band ranks right up there in terms of fun and laughter for them!

I am Not a Rubber Band Expert. They were a very good deal for the price. They were a mixed bag of sizes and none of them have broken.

Adulting 101: Every home/office should have some rubber bands.
Rubber bands are super handy to have around because they can because, like duct tape, you can use them for so many different things.If your glasses keep slipping down because it’s a hot, and you’re sweaty, take two rubber bands wrap one around each stem where it hooks on your ear and voilà , your glasses will stay put. I stopped losing sunglasses while boating once I learned this one, but it’s also good if you’re outside gardening, and you need your hands for something besides pushing your glasses back up your nose.Use one as a makeshift gasket until you can get to the store to buy an o-ring. I’ve done this more than once on hoses and it’s a game changer.Use them as an eraser, just wrap it multiple times around the end of the pencil. I always wore a couple on my wrist for standardized test day, because if your pencil broke, those spares they had available never had them. They also came in handy for keeping my hair out of the way.Candle dewobbler, wrap one around the end of your candle stick it in the candleholder, no more wobbles. Plus paintbrush scraper, lid gripper, emergency toddler lock, jean button extender and so many more…This is a nice assortment at a good price, get some!
