Great beginner or craft set. Colors are true and stay vibrant. The paint spreads and mixes nicely. The paint brushes are surprisingly good quality. All in all, I’m super impressed with the paint set. It was a great purchase, the best I’ve made in a long time.

Easy to Use, But Caps Are Fragile.
This is a solid set of paints that we’ve bought before. We liked the variety of colors and the box is a great storage tool to transport them. They came with a free set of paintbrushes which was a big plus. Be wary around the lids though! Some folks aren’t careful and were able to full remove them from their hinges only to lose them beneath the tables.

Acrylic Paint Set For Crafting And Painting
Caliart acrylic paints have a good consistency for Mandala dotting. They come in a variety of colors, including pastels and metallics. I give four stars because the bottles are very hard to reopen after using them a couple times. I keep a large wrench on my desk to help me open certain bottles. The cap is very hard on my hands and I don’t have a strong enough grip to open these easily. But I love the paint itself. It’s very easy to use with dotting tools. Dotting requires the paint be solid enough to only need one dot. Some of these colors are a little too sheer and it takes several dots set one on top of another to achieve a good solid color; which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of five. The price for Caliart is great so the little issues aren’t bad. I’ll be buying this one again when the bottles get too low for sure.

This is a very good solid paint set. The colors are very vibrant and you get some really decent quality paint brushes with the set. They are perfect for any level of painter. Each color comes with a plastic seal to ensure you that each color has not been tampered with. And each bottle is filled to the top so you get an even amount of paint throughout the entire set.
