Receiving mode (Rx)
1. Charge the battery in the C28 device by using the attached Micro USB cable.
2. Insert the C28 plug into AUX 3.5mm jack of your stereo system.
3. Slide the mode switch to the Rx position.
4. Turn on the device by long-press the multifunctional button. Rapid flashing indicator in blue indicates ready for pairing.
5. Search for C28 in your phone Bluetooth. Pair and connect!

Easy to use, perfectly effective – great value
A warning to folks using this for the first time: the first time it pairs, it takes a very long time to show up on your device. I was sitting there, literally thinking about what a pain in the butt it was going to be to pack it back up, return it for a refund. I was heading out of the car and then… pop. There it was. Ever since, it’s been great. It has withstood some intense heat a few times, seems unfazed. All I have to do is turn it on and it pairs with my phone instantly. If I get in listening to something, it switches over without missing a beat. One of my most successful Amazon purchases.

No Way To Contact Seller Directly
I purchased this unit in June. My requirements changed and I didn’t really need it at that time. I just took it out of the box at the end of October to use on a different project. I plugged it in to a charging cable and the indicator light went on. About three hours later it went out, so I assumed it charged up and was ready to go. But when I went to connect it, it would not power up. It is way past the Amazon return period, so I wanted to contact the seller directly, which is what the Amazon support page says to do. But I can find no way to contact GMCELL or Blugpt directly. I realize this is a product under $20.00, but it should work when you take it out of the box. I will buy another product from a different vendor.

Works great, but some weird connectivity stuff (with iPhones at least)
Sound quality is great, I use it in my car all the time, and the battery life seems good too.The range is very good, it can cover the entirety of an average Subway restaurant (I work there and use it on the speakers), but sometimes it cuts in and out if there’s a large metal object between you. Another thing is that when you first connect to it, sometimes it disconnects you and you have to connect again, but after that it works fine. If someone else connects to it it will do this to them, and then do it to you again when you reconnect. I don’t know about Android phones, but on my iPhone, when you turn it off, the little icon at the top of the screen goes away, but in your settings it still shows as connected, and you’ll have to disconnect to allow someone else to connect to it. If you choose to disconnect after you turn it off, when you turn it back on it will automatically connect. If you don’t disconnect after turning it off, when you turn it back on you’ll have to go into your setting and just tap on it will work again. It also registers to your phone (at least iPhones) as a pair of headphone with a microphone, however it doesn’t have a microphone, so if you answer a phone call you’ll have to switch to speaker so they can hear you. I’ve only used the transmitter (Tx) mode once to make sure it worked, and it seemed to work fine although the took a bit before it would connect to my headphones.Volume control is fine, although it’s much quieter than I feel like it should be. When I plug my phone into my car via a cable the volume levels seem about the same as the radio, but when I plug this in I have to turn the car volume up much farther to achieve the same volume level.Although it can be a bit quiet, it works amazingly. The weird connectivity stuff is the only thing keeping this review from being 5 star.

Fell apart in a week.
At first I loved this product. it works great and sounds amazing . The problem is the metal piece that you connect to it to the car came apart and the wires were showing and it stopped working. After a week. very disappointing. The price was good and delivery fast. you have to have a charger of your own to charge it it does not come with block to put the wire into to charge. it does come with the wire and it is short.otherwise I really loved it. To bad it had to break so fast.i am Leary about buying the same one because i am afraid it will break again. I don’t want to have to keep buying itI was hoping it would last longer.

Very good device for adding bluetooth function
I was amazed at how good this worked on my powered speaker to add Bluetooth ability. I needed something that would allow me to use my larger powered speaker in my granddaughters wedding and this did the trick. No wires, just simply charge it, plug it into the speaker’s 1/8 inch aux input and pair with your main device. BAM! you now have Bluetooth enabled speaker, giving you more ability to utilize that bigger speaker without a bunch of wires. Had nice distance reception as well. I was able to move at least 75 feet away from it. Probably could have gone further but was needed in the wedding.

Lag in sound makes these unusable for most purposes
Pretty easy to set up. But there is a lag in the sound when using these so if you are watching something using these the sound will not synch with the video, like a badly dubbed movie. Also if you are wanting to use these with headphones to practice a music instrument, that lag makes it impossible to use this device.

El producto funciona, la querÃÂa para conectar como parlante a mi Alexa. Pero el detalle que me parece molesto es que al encenderlo, funciona bien, pero con el tiempo el sonido va ganando retraso que con 20 minutos, se nota mucho el atraso. Para solucionarlo, tengo que desconconectar del Bluetooth y volverlo a conectar; o apagar el dispositivo y volverlo a encender.
