Great to not procrastinate!
I’m a clinical social worker so I often find myself taking a lot of notes. I found that basic planners don’t really provide enough and other ones are too expensive. This is the perfect quality, offers you the best organization for your thoughts and to be able to reflect back after each session. I always like to summarize everything that I write because I feel like it’s important for me to go back and think of bullet points, not just the psychotherapy notes. If you’re in a therapist I would highly recommend this not just for the price but also for the quality.
