Seller contacted me and fixed the issue – Doesnât turn on
Iâve had this for just over a month. Iâve had it on the charger and all of the lights were lit. When I unplug it to use it it doesnât turn on. Iâve done this several times in the last month and it has never turned on. Of course now that Iâve gotten frustrated enough to give up on it itâs past the return date.EDIT: I have changed my rating on this product from a 1 star to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and told me that you have to hold the power button on for about 5 seconds as it has an anti-touch control. They also offered a refund or replacement if that did not help the issue. I did not see this anywhere in the booklet, so maybe that could be add in the future to avoid my issue.I used the product today and I am excited to see the results after a couple of more uses.

I am getting my face cleaner, and have scraped out all kinds of white/blackheads. I love the feeling that I get after using toner and scraping the gunk out of my face. Great on scalp
I use it for my son who have locs, his hair and scalp had soooo much build up it was crazy. I was able to lift all the dead skin very easy with out his hair having to be moist but when I did wet to hair it melted litk butter. Only concern was the vibration kept setting my alarm off in my house. It replicated “glass breaking”. Other thank that great and price was great too

Iâve ordered two of these . Obviously I like the product; however they both died within one year of use. Trying to decide if Iâm ordering a third⦠I suppose itâs cheaper than a facial but seems like product could be made to last longer

This device does a phenomenal job of truly scrubbing the skin. I would deff use this product with Beauty Joseon Glow Serum : Propolis + Niacinamide⦠wash your face then use the serum⦠let it sink in for 5 minutes and use the tool. It literally took all my blackheads and whiteheads out. It doesnât last very long. So I would deff get two of these!!! My skin is sooooooo smooooth!!!

Really works!
I needed something to combat the blackheads on my nose. I was sceptical this would work but Iâm seriously seeing a big difference! It really get out the extra oils and junk in your pores. I donât use all the settings but I definitely like the âliftâ setting. Really recommend if you have an area of blackheads you canât get rid of!

I didnât think much of it when I got it but as soon as I used it on my nose after hydrating my face it really showed out. As you can see from the picture I attached it really got to work as soon as I started. But I can understand why a comment on here by a dermatologist said to use this as little as possible, about 1-2 times a week. Just because it is quite powerful and youâll definitely give yourself a headache if you use it more frequently. But amazing product and I would definitely recommend.
