    10/10 Quality – Customer Satisfaction!!!
I loved this product so much!💖 I used it for taking notes and digital drawing for a month, but then had to return it, because I realized I need a bigger working area (but I attached to this device too much that returning it was hard for me🥲).The facts I loved about it:1. It is portable. This is an important fact because I would like to take this tablet to my college lectures and there wouldn’t be a space for me to out it, if it was huge. Also it fits in my laptop bag alongside with my laptop.2. Looks aesthetic. Everyone likes it and that makes me happy actually. 😊3. Strong sensors and magnetic work area (it senses the pen even when it’s 1 inch up) 🦾4. Soft work area, it doesn’t get scratch as easily as other brands do. So you don’t hear that scratching sound all the time. 🔇5. Pen works well, I never had a problem with that. It’s comfy suits hand very well. ✍️6. There is 4 plastic small legs under the tablet and it avoids unwanted movements. It sticks to the table with just enough pressure. ✅7. It doesn’t require an extra charging cable. You only need to plug it into your device to use it and don’t have to wait for it to get charged. 🔋8. It is cheap for it’s value and quality. If I was the manufacturer I would tag a bigger price, can’t see why Wacom 6×4 is almost $80 and Xp-pen $40, except 4 buttons. Additionally, I am majoring in Industrial Engineering and I can say that the material used has high quality (especially for the working area) for it’s price, and when you compare it with other tablets. 💸💸💸9. Simplicity. Set up and use is so easy, you can learn how to use it even in 15 minutes. 👩‍💻10. It is light weighted. When I was carrying this tablet around campus, I felt like I’m carrying nothing extra. ⚖️This product is in ‘Amazon’s Choice’ category and it has the highest rating among other graphic tablets by far difference. 📈I attached my incomplete digital drawing that I drew by using this tablet. Also I attached some of my homework notes, that I used this tablet to create. You can see why I loved this tablet so much by looking at this pictures😉💥Thank you for reading!🌸💫🌈

Easy setup, works well for the price
I ordered this pen and pad to use with a Chromebook to do online tutoring. The setup was easy, just had to plug it in to a USB port and it was good to go. I have to write slower using this pen than I would on normal paper but it’s not too inconvenient and it’s much better than trying to draw mathematical symbols with a laptop touch pad. I am sure there are other pens that work better, but a lot of those required some sort of driver or operating system connection that I didn’t have on an inexpensive Chromebook. This comes at great price and works just fine.

    great customer service
first one came and had a slight wobble. The tablet was slightly warped. this didn’t affect me in any way, as I prop up my tablet on an angle, but I still sent an email to customer support. I was debating whether to do this, as I was too lazy to ship it back to them, and I didn’t want to not have a tablet for what normally would be weeks with other companies. They sent me back an email and told me I didn’t need to ship the warped tablet back and that they would send me a new one anyways. I have been using mine for a long time and abusing it, taking it on road trips, not having a support for it when propping it up, ect. it still works perfectly and there is no lag even when hovering (for osu), which honestly amazed me. The only problem is that the glossy coating on the tablet wears away after time, even though I hover when playing osu. It also is a fingerprint magnet. However, I don’t care about aesthetics.Edit: it has been about 8 months since I started using this tablet. about 4 months ago, there were 2 giant dead spots on the tablet, but those were not really issues since i only used half of the tablet. However, the tablet has since completely died. I will be purchasing another tablet, as this is the best tablet on the market for osu, though.Edit 2: xp pen has released a hardware update to this tablet that has a smaller polling rate of 210 (vs 250) and a hardware based smoothing. I have not personally used it yet but it seems it still works very similarly, excluding dropped support for community made drivers. If this concerns you, I would recommend doing research about the new tablet to see if it is what you need.Edit 3: my 3d tablet now has a dead spot in the center. It seems this tablet is prone to having these issues, as it is in the same spot as my previous tablet. I will still be using this for osu, as it does not affect my osu play area, but for drawing and other purposes I will be needing a new tablet.Edit 4: XP pen really outdoes themselves with the best customer service of any company I have ever seen. after sending proof of the dead spot, they took pity on me once again and helped me out

    Works for beginners
This XP-Pen drawing tablet is a decent starter tablet. It’s also very portable and easy to take on the go. However, there are a couple of drawbacks to keep in mind.On the plus side, the ability to draw directly on my computer instead of using a mouse is a significant improvement. This tablet is a great tool for digital art and offers a much more natural drawing experience compared to a mouse. However, there are some notable drawbacks. The most challenging part is coordinating between the tablet and the screen. It’s quite difficult to keep track of where the pen is, which makes precise control a struggle. This issue detracts from the overall usability, especially for detailed work or for those new to drawing tablets. If you’re looking for a tablet with a larger drawing area or more functionality, you may want to consider another model.

Disclaimer: I use this as my main tablet, but to play osu. I do draw with this, but this is about the product not the use.I’ll summarize:Tablet – fantastic quality, low profile, responsive, better than Intuos Pro tablet (with a price point that’s absurdly worth it). The durability is pretty incredible considering how much I use this. The only fault is the matte finish on the tablet does wear out, but I prefer the sleek feeling over the “paper” feeling of dragging a pen on the surface. Shouldn’t be an issue for drawing though.Pen – Works.. well. Responsive, clicky buttons*. The tablet comes with a no grip stylus so if you have sweaty hands, it’ll slip pretty easily. Otherwise, honestly the nibs last a VERY long time, and they give you 20. Wacom for sure is way too expensive when it comes to replacement nibs, and these guys are literally giving them away. I press hard, and the nib I’ve been using for about a month doesn’t have any bad wear and tear.Pressure sensitivity – a number doesn’t really explain, but with me pressing down pretty hard with default settings, it goes about up to 6000/8192. Regular taps were maybe 100-250, and drawing was 500-2000 depending. I felt pretty uncomfortable trying to max out the sensitivity on purpose. (there’s a custom curve setting on the application. great for sensitivity tuning)Warranty – Wow, 18 months for the tablet itself, and it’s pretty extensive (excluding wear&tear) and yes this applies if you’re ordering from amazon. Because the pen is included, it’s 3 months if the pen breaks.Customer Service – Yes, I had to deal with the dreaded conversation of something being broken(note the asterisk above for pen*). The pens are resilient, but unfortunately my buttons stopped working. All I did was explain that to them, an image and an invoice of the purchase, and without question (EVEN WHEN I WAS PAST THE WARRANTY TIME) they passed it over to sales and I’m going to get a replacement pen free of charge. This is seriously above and beyond, in my opinion, especially since usually big companies don’t care about outlier issues like this. All this, and this was at 21:30 (-8h).Personal opinion:If you honestly want a good tablet, get this. I prefer this over the other tablets I’ve used, even when the pen can be a pain, but this company SHINES when it comes to its customer service. It’s affordable, and I really can’t say anything bad about it. Besides not having any other pens that work with the G640, but you can just take a pen grip off an old pen and slip it on there.
