These inserts really make a difference
These flat socks, or inserts, are easy to trim to size, and then slide into the shoes. Your bare foot doesnât feel damp or clammy. It feels like a sock. Perfect for most months, but Iâm sure I will need traditional socks in winter. Iâve washed them in the washer, but I lay flat to dry. They dry in a couple of hours. I also find I can move them into different shoes. I like them, and already bought a second pair.

*update: after requesting an exchange, I returned the first pair at no cost to me and received the replacement in less than 16 hours, which was pretty amazing. I wish you could just order your size in these but I can see where it’s cost saving for the manufacturer to just make 2-3 sizes and have us cut our own to fit. I got the smaller size and cut off to about the middle line the bottom is kind of a rubbery soft foam material, the top is soft and just a little fluffy. They feel really nice on my feet. They conform to whatever shoe you put them in when you put your weight on them. Will be good to see how these hold up if I’m out in the heat for a while, I don’t like wearing shoes without socks because I just think it’s gross to sweat all over in my shoes without any fabric separating my foot from the shoe so I’m hoping this will solve that issue!DISAPPOINTED is my first reaction after receiving these! I haven’t even opened the package yet and I can see that they’ve been damaged by the plastic tab things that pierce through the socks & cardboard. I will be contacting the seller for this and will update this review accordingly based on their response.

Stopped my shoes from slipping off
On advice from a friend ( and after trying heel grips that didnât work), I bought these to see if they would help to stop my shoes from slipping from my heels. They work perfectly. I wear them with a thin no show sock although they can be used bare foot too.

My socks are useless now
Thanks to the flat socks! I prefer to be barefoot in my shoes and these are perfect. They are soft, donât make your feet smell and fit well when cut along a current insole. Flat socks have replaced socks for me on an everyday basis.

Seriously these things are the B E S T and I’m so sad I didn’t know about these sooner. I work on the bank industry where I have to dress business to business casual day to day. I don’t like wearing heels for 8+hrs a day so I naturally lean towards wearing flats. If you wear flats without socks you know after a time from sweat they can begin to smell funky. We’ll with these I don’t ever worry about my flats beginning to stink! They’re super easy to cut and place into your shoe. Every Friday at end of work week I just take them out of my flats and toss them in the washer/dryer and they’re good as new. So easy to clean and keep flats smelling brand new.

Comfortable, breathable, washable. I wore them inside my perforated leather sneakers and walked all over Morocco. I never had sore feet or stinky shoes. I only wish I had bought an extra pair so I could wash one pair while I wore the other.

Love these! Use an existing insole to guide when youâre trimming these for your shoes. Once you have the right outline, youâll be good to go! Theyâre soft and smooth, slide into shoes easily, and can be removed easily also for washing – important to keep your feet feeling and smelling fresh ; )
