Order this right now! You will not be disappointed! My new kitten absolutely loves water, & I knew this water fountain would be perfect for her. It’s a great design, great color, it’s quiet, & it’s easy to clean. I ordered extra filters when I purchased it, but to my surprise they offered me some FREE filters also. All I had to do was email them to make the request. It was easy & hassle free. They also offer a FREE replacement motor, should the current one fail, within the 2 year warranty window. Their customer service is outstanding! I absolutely recommend their products & their customer service. I would order from them over & over again. I cannot say enough good things about this purchase experience.

Functional and cute
So far so good. Both of my cats seem to enjoy the fresh streams of water. They accepted it almost as soon as it was put out. It isn’t too loud, in fact the water sounds are rather peaceful. The light and flower are cute little touches. I would recommend this water fountain for pets.

Package arrived on time and the product was in good condition. No dents, rips, or missing pieces. Everything was as advertised and in good working order.What I like:The motor is quiet (as long as the basin is filled properly). The filter appears to trap/filter cat hair and medium size debris from entering the fountain part. The flower that can be added to the fountain works great and the water falls nicely without splashing. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. The light does a great job of making the fountain easy to see at night time. The color is a really nice teal and the flower part is cute.A minor inconvenience:I wish there was a switch so I could turn the fountain and light on/off instead of plugging in/out from the wall.However, for the price this is a great little fountain and filter. My cats do love it. They drink more water now that we have replaced their traditional water dish with this fountain. 𥰠Would recommend this product.

Good Capacity & Quiet Flow
Now that I’ve had this for almost a year, I can leave an accurate review. The capacity is great for a single cat. I usually only have to fill it once a week. The inner light makes a great nightlight for my kid’s bathroom, as it’s a soft glow and not a harsh spotlight. My cat prefers the fountain to not have the raised flower attachment, and it’s easy to remove to accommodate that. Even with the raised flower fountain attachment, the fountain is not at all loud. You’d have to be within 5ft of it to hear the fountain. Overall, I would highly recommend this fountain to other pet owners for its size, ease of function, and noiselessness.

My little Walla LOVES this!
My little black kitty Walla LOVES this water fountain. At first after I set this up, she stared at this for hours! I had to keep coaxing her to drink from it. After staring at it for hours, Walla finally started to tap-tap the water with her paws, eventually finally being brave and drinking from it. She loves it now. I like the light, it almost acts as a night light for me!Note: Change the filter every month and clean often. Just like anything, the unit, if not cleaned, will become slimy. Look for replacement filters to purchase on Amazon for a 5-10 pack for really cheap.Bottom Line: Buy it! Actually, if you have a large home, buy a few! Absolutely worth it!

Ugh
Where to begin? This thing is so loud. If itâs not the grinding of the motor, it is the sound of the water splashing. I donât find that sound relaxing anymore. I only use filtered water in this, yet it looks awful. Every last mineral collects and mars the plastic. When I received it, there was a note in the box that said if you need a replacement pump, they will send you one for free. My pump stopped working, so I contacted the company for a replacement. Before they would send me a replacement, they sent me links to cleaning and maintenance videos, and asked me to watch them, follow the instructions to repair the pump, and report back. Funnily enough, the videos showed a pump that was nothing like the one in my fountain. When they finally agreed to send me a replacement, it seemed to appear immediately. Like, the next day, I think. I hate this fountain. It lights up the whole room at night. Why is there a light? What cat needs a light to find its water? Oh, they also sent me a free box of filters. I think I used up all 12 of them in less than four months. I have an irrational disdain for this cat fountain, even though the company seems solid, and itâs the best cat fountain Iâve had.

Super quiet and makes a great night light.
This is our second water fountain and we are happy with this one. The lid did not fit well on our first fountain, but this one fits snugly so the water stays in the fountain and not on our floor. It is very easy to set up and our cat really enjoys drinking from the little flower on top. We can tell that his water intake has increased since getting the fountain. The LED light looks so pretty at night and because the unit runs so quietly, the light makes it easy to locate. We are very pleased with this purchase.

This is my first-ever cat fountain and I was nervous after hearing that so many fountains contained so many parts to keep clean with mold/slime accumulating in tiny crevices. That has not been my experience with this fountain!I’ve had it for about 3 months now. The biggest downside for me is the bright LED light. I don’t feel this is necessary as you can see the water level through the semi-opaque plastic regardless of the light. However, I just wrapped a piece of felt around it and it blocks the light.I use the it without the flower piece installed since my cat is afraid of everything. It is super quiet – the motor makes no sound. Occasionally, the water makes a dripping sound like dripping pipes that drives me absolutely nuts – however this is simply a nice auditory cue for one of two things – 1) low water level or 2) the pump needs to be rinsed. Remember to take both the front and back pieces off the pump and give it a scrub. Even after cleaning the part with the little magnetic piece it was still making noise, but when I took off the back plastic there was in fact some slimey stuff in there and after getting rid of that it was back to silent!It’s easy to assemble and the one I got had 6 filters included which is amazing. I love the color options as well.

Fue la fuente más bonita que encontré. Anteriormente habia comprado la básica azul de otras marcas pero dejo de funcionar. La verdad esta se percibe de mejor calidad que esa, es mas silenciosa y me gusta poder ver el nivel de agua gracias a la luz. Lo que no me encanta es que usa unos filtros especificos pero tambien se ven de mejor calidad, compre el paquete de 8 que venden por aparte.
