Not For Dogs
This did not keep my 100+ German Shepherd from getting into the toilet for a drink. The original installation went nicely. The lock appeared secure and worked as advertised. Then I heard some banging coming from the bathroom. Somehow she managed to move the lock from the original position on the seat lid. I had to use a pry bar to get it off and reposition it. After installing the lock again with the extra 3M double sided tape, it again was secure. Within a short amount of time I saw that she quietly went into the bathroom and removed the lid from the seat and placed it beside the toilet. The lock was still attached to the lid. The lock stayed in place but the plastic hinges on the seat failed. So it’s obvious that this lock is not made for large, strong and determined dogs.

Sturdy very sticky easy to open easy to install fits the toilet great worth every dime if u have a plastic or bendable toilet lid and your kid is strong it might not hold as well but it did great against my toddler lol

I had the toilet lock that was a strap from the bowl to the lid and had to replace it twice because the bowl sticky part kept falling off. This works great as it just attaches to the lid and have had no issues

They did not have this when my first was little and I’m so glad I’ve bought this item. I caught my son flushing items of value, toys, things that wouldnt go down, whole rolls of toilet paper, etc when he was little. NOTHING has been flushed by my toddler and I don’t have to worry about him somehow getting into the bathroom and drowning in the toilet. Save your piece of mind, your valuables, and the functionality of your toilet by buying this.

Good product. Secured the lid as described. Says it has a piece to attach to back of toilet but this piece was missing so that’s a let down. Works good though.
