My tabby suffers from severe anxiety and is medicated for it, but we wanted more mindful activities to help him out, so we got this! My dogs always did great with lick mats so I assumed my cats would too. Itâs a great mind game for them at the end of the night and fits a squeezable size treat perfectly, with plenty of room for other goodies. The suction cups are great at preventing slipping and even cling to the wall when we give them their baths. They are lightweight, easy to clean, and while challenging, they are easy to eat out of! Overall a great brain teaser for your pets, and you get to hear their adorable little licks while youâre at it!

Holds up well with daily use and washing
I’ve used the large pink/yellow set daily for a few months now and they’re fantastic. I stick them in the dishwasher nightly and they’re still as good as new: no fading, no tearing, no staining. The suction cups have a good hold and my dog really enjoys the varying textures. It takes my 25 lb Beagle about 20-30 minutes to finish one off and she’s always ready for a nap afterwards haha. Definitely recommend, especially for the price.

Keeps them busy
My dogs LOVE these. They seem to find them spellbinding.. They are strong and dish-washable . I’ll be using these lick mats when I need my Poodle and Bulldog to stay quiet and out of my way . I recommend this particular brand.

Busy Dogs
This product keeps my dogs BUSY for 30 minutes. They are able to lick whatever treat I have on it and it gives them some stimulation. My dogs are high maintence and I feel like after they use this they settle down for a bit. There is suction cups on the bottom but I do not think they work very well when sticking them to wood flooring. Also cleaning them can be kind of a pain, the peanut butter gets stuck in the little spaces but if you scrub at it, they do come clean.

Great Idea, however, difficult to clean
I’m always looking for something fun for my fur baby and this looked like a great idea to keep him busy for a while when I leave. However, I find that he, a 14 lb poodle bischon mix doesn’t lick all the peanut butter off and what’s left on the item is very difficult to clean off. I will continue to use them, however, not as often as I would have if they were easier to clean.

Suction cups stop working after few uses
2024 UPDATE: Updating to 5 stars because my dog and I love these things. I think it seemed like the suction was gone at first because if you freeze the pad and it freezes in a weird shape the suction isnât great. But freeze it completely flat and no problem. You donât even have to freeze the treats on the pad, it just makes for a longer licky-session for the dog. I love that this comes with two pads, each has 4 different textures, comes with a spatula/scraper, and is so easy to clean. I usually hand wash but have put them in the dishwasher. My dog gets very excited when he hears âlicky-pad timeâ! I usually put a couple treat types on at once and freeze. After trial and error, weâve landed at our favorites being beef or turkey baby food and spray cheese (I tried the Kong cheese at first but itâs expensive, and figured heâs getting so little of the cheese it doesnât matter if itâs the cheap grocery store kind). Canned pumpkin also worked but he wasnât as gung-ho for it. Just rinse it off when done to get the âchunksâ out, then run over the pad with some dish soap and dish brush. 2 minutes max. Let the dog lick the scraper clean before washing it. If I donât feel like washing it I rinse and put in the dishwasher, and use the second pad. The suction stays strong. It really sucks to my sink bottom when Iâm washing it!2023: Really liked the product at first. Dog likes it, easy to use and clean. But after just a few uses and hand washing the suction cups didnât work any more so now when he tries to lick the mat it slides all over the floor.

My cats are spoiled
These are very durable and have suction cups on one side so when cats are eating the mats don’t move. My cats eat off these but they don’t work too hard on getting in the crevices because they know there’s always more treats! The mats are easy to clean. It didn’t come with a brush but I found I really don’t need one. I just soak them for a bit and use the sprayer on my sink. A toothbrush or other bottle brush would work if you really needed it. The spatula it comes with is flimsy so I threw it away. I just use a knife or spoon depending on what treats they’re getting. Mats have no weird smell to them. Happy with purchase

I really like these mats. Easy to set up for my dogs. I use them frozen to extend the lick time. They are better than the Kong lick mat I bought â much better suction cups! The almond butter was impossible to get completely cleaned off though. Iâll try the dishwasher. And the spatula was not included as it should have been.
