It absorbs urine pretty well. I use it under my litterboxes because I have one cat that gets in the litterbox, but ends up peeing outside when heâs halfway done. These pads are large enough for the litterbox to sit on and have plenty of pad out acting the sides.

Better than newspaper
I have a dear sweet elderly cat who was beginning to âmissâ. The inside of her her litter box. She canât seem to help it, so,. I decided to try putting the pads along the outside edge of the box. Works very well, much better than newspapers. Waterproof and easier to dispose of.

These doggie pee pads are very thin. I have tried different brands because let’s face it this is product that you’re going to throw away so I’m not trying to spend a lot of money. Most of these types of pads are generally all the same but these are definitely and noticeably thinner than other, similarly priced products. The size is about what I expected. Odor control is nonexistent because of how thin the padding is. These pads do leak around the edges even with very little use. Not very durable some of them ripped when I was unfolding them from the plastic bag that they came in. Overall if you’re in a pinch these will do but definitely not something that I would buy again. There are similarly priced products that are better quality and thicker than these pads. My dog is about 10 pounds so he doesn’t produce a lot of pee if he has an accident so these should have done the job unfortunately they are simply too thin to hold any fluid without leaking.

Good wee wee pads
This may sound silly, but we use these as a liner in the litter box. Then we add a plastic liner with elastic edges, then the cat litter. These help the litter box keep from getting really filthy causing more clean ups. I also put them down for our little dog over one of those washable quilted wee wee pads. These are nice and thick and a good quality, and I would definitely buy them again.
