Great Probiotic!-Feb. 2022 continued use- healthy gut!
I believe Sports Research has created the one of best Probiotic supplements on the market. When I learned this product was launched I immediately made a purchase. I trust this brand as I take other Sport Research supplements & feel they are a good, genuine company. I also have struggled in finding the right Probiotic for me. I’ve tried at least 5 different brands where no effect was noticed or an adverse reaction occurred. I hoped this would turn around for me with a Sports Research Probiotic. Selling this Probiotic at 60 Billion CFU is excellent as well as including the 2 bacteria strains of Lacto & Bifido. They created the bottle so the Probiotic is greatly protected. Refrigeration is not necessary. The pill is veggie, soft, odorless & easy to swallow. 1 pill a day. The bottle is a one month supply. It’s worth every monthly penny to me. It’s best to take a Probiotic on an empty stomach so I take mine at night before bed. This is the very 1st Probiotic that I’ve had success with. I now have a regular “normal” BM every morning, actually at approximately the same time. I’m no longer experiencing bloating or stomach cramping. This all was noticeable within the 1st week of taking. I put my trust in Sports Research & their Probiotic & I now have found a keeper! Thank you! I definitely recommend this product!Since I’ve found success here I thought about it & I’d share what I’ve learned in finding the right Probiotic. I always wondered what the numbers, abbreviations & other words meant on all these Probiotics. I hope this helps you to understand why review is a very positive one.••“CFU” stands for “Colony Forming Units.” This indicates the number of viable cells or more simply put the number of live & active micro-organisms that is found in each serving of a Probiotic.••How many CFU’s do we need? Well a certain amount of viable cells are necessary to obtain effects in the body like strengthening the immune system, competition for nutrients in adhesion sites along the gastrointestinal wall, control of toxin function & most of the other benefits of a Probiotic. I concluded several million to several billion are effective doses.•Lastly a good Probiotic has diverse combination of strains. The most well known are “Lactobacillus” & “Bifidobacterium.”That sums it up.I hope this helps in your decision on if this is the right Probiotic for you.This review is my honest personal experience with this particular Probiotic.
