A few of them arrived dried out. They work really well for awhile. I’ve colored an entire book and some are starting to die out. They bleed really bad so use with multiple scrap pages in between.

Glad I tested them first.
First the pens are comfortable to use. The colors are vibrant. However, unless you are using the thickest paper, these pens bleed like crazy. I bearly put any pressure on them when I was swatching them and they bled through two pages. My sketchbook’s pages are made from pretty thick paper, and it still bled through. Never had this issue with other pens like this before.These will definitely work great on paper as thick as any card stock or heavier paper.

Good starter set
Got these with a coloring book recently to relax and unwind.For a starter set it is a very good value. As others have said, the ink tends to run fast so make sure to take color bleeding into account.If you are just getting into coloring, then this is the perfect set to get started. Wouldn’t recommend for more advanced users. I had difficulties blending with many colors compared to other brands in the same price range. The felt tip seemed to be harder on the paper compared to other brands I’ve had in the past. The colors are also pretty basic considering it is only 80 pieces. The broad stroke is very useful for larger drawings but can be difficult to use if you are just starting like me.Bonus is that you get a nice, zippered bag to put them in as well as a plastic base support to hold them neatly. So many other brands don’t include this and can be a pain when trying to find specific colors.Perfect gift for beginners. Don’t forget the paper.
