Love these nuts!!
I purchase these nuts regularly and I’m always pleased with the quality. Roast is just right for my baking needs, always fresh with expected walnut crunchy texture, and no concerns with an oily residue. I sometimes roast briefly in oven to bring out a nuttier flavor, but this is not necessary in breads, cookies, and bars. Happy Belly is a staple in my cupboard and is great quality for reasonable cost.

I love walnuts and love eating these ones by the small handful of by making trail mixes with them. They taste great! I have also used them in baking recipes and have enjoyed them there as well. These are such great value and the quality is excellent. I have had them on Subscribe and Save for a couple of years now and never have received stale or unsavory bag. Occasionally there may be one or two in the bag that werenât great but overall they have been exceptional quality! Once I did receive a bag that had a tear in it when it arrived and I was able to order a free replacement right away. I think the bag somehow broke during shipping. The squirrels in my neighborhood were very happy about it though! Overall I am pleased with these and I will continue to purchase them!

I keep these walnuts on a monthly delivery schedule. They are always fresh and I use them often in salads and healthier desserts. My husband eats them as a snack, which is great, because walnuts are so good for brain health. Nuts, generally, are expensive but these are worth the money and are so good for you!

OK But could be better
I do a lot of baking, and I include nuts in many of the recipes. I also like to eat some kind of nuts every day, walnuts being one of my favorites. Walnuts are good for brain health, especially memory. Since I am not young, I need all the help I can get in the memory department. I must have forgotten I was writing a review for Happy Belly Walnut Halves and Pieces. When I wrote “could be better” I am referring to the fact that I found very few halves in the 40 ounces (I like to decorate some of my baked deserts with a walnut half). Otherwise, I found the Happy Belly Walnut Halves and Pieces to be fine. They arrived fresh and in good condition. The nuts are flavorful, and I will surely use them in my baking. I was just a little disappointed that there weren’t many halves. I will definitely purchase this product again and recommend it to others. It is reasonably priced, and worth the price.

High Value Walnuts from California
Very fresh walnuts as far as expiration dating goes, no matter the time of year. California is one of the best growing regions in the world for high quality soils. I got these because my doctor said to take a handful a day for the health benefits. I like mixing them into protein/chocolate shakes.Pros: Very Fresh, Low Cost, Large Size, Fast Delivery.Cons: None really. They aren’t whole pieces which makes them cheaper, but if you are adding them to a shake or just eating a handful, it doesn’t really matter.

This is my 5th order of these high quality walnuts. I put them in salads and breakfast oatmeal, so healthy. Some times I chop them prior use. They stay crunchy in bag, taste high end and are very firm. Also no salt
