Customers say
Customers like the sound quality, fit, and comfort of the headphones. They mention that they really perfect the sound quality, fit perfectly in their ears right out of the box, and are extremely comfortable. Another hit by ANKER SOUNDCORE
I have been an ANKER/SOUNDCORE fan for over 10 years. I’ve used ANKER chargers, cords, battery packs, flashlights, and even the ANKER Eufy scale. Quality products, always reliable, and long lasting. I found their earphones years ago and fell in love with them. My first was the Soundbuds Curve. I am a defense contractor and used them overseas on a 120 degree flightline for months on end. I have since used Soundcore Liberty 2 in ear earphones, Soundcore Space Q45 over the ear earphones, and just last week bought the Soundcore Sport X10… which brings me to the X20’s.I am 62 and due to recent back surgery I have had to change my habits. My better half and I started walking 2-3 miles a day outside, and going on the same route gets a little boring. So I decided to upgrade my earphones to play music to help pass the time. My in-ear Apple airpods need constant readjustment to keep from falling out. So, I decided to try a ‘hook’ type earphone and bought a pair of ‘highly rated’ name brand earphones for $200. They literally failed out of the box. I found Soundcore made a pair of unobtrusive earphones (Soundcore Sport X10) and bought them last week. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. Unfortunately, the wife loves them more. Fine, I’ll order another set… BUT WAIT, the X20’s have just been released!!! YEAH MEEEE!I unboxed them yesterday. Same compact design as the X10’s but a little more refined. The X10 ear ‘hooks’ swing around for storage, where these are permanent but more flexible, plus they slide out for a better fit. These come with 6 different sizes of cushions, and quickly found the most comfortable ones and installed them in seconds. Pairing to my iPhone was done literally in seconds. Open the box, open bluetooth devices… BOOM there it is!I already had my SOUNDCORE app from my other earphones. The app will walk you through a hearing test and automatically create an ‘equalized’ sound profile just for you. Of course, you can always select predefined profiles by genre, or create others to your preferences.OK, now to the magic. The sound is crisp and clear. Bass is deep, but not give you a headache stupid. The earphones are light enough the hook over the ear combined with the in the ear cushion comfortably balance out the minimal weight. Battery life looks to be as advertised (haven’t had to recharge them yet). What minimal exposure I got with the X10, it’s a good improvement in sound and worth the extra few dollars. What I think pushes Soundcore above and beyond others is the app. The X20 (not sure about the X10) has a 3D Surround Sound Sound Effect that brings a whole new level to enjoying music. Plus the Noise cancellation options, and customizable controls make this an overall 5 star product! One thing I don’t like is the placement of the controls on the X20. This one sits at the ‘front’ of the ear and pretty much takes the finger and thumb to find and press whereas the previous placement on the X10’s (and other brands) on top seem a more natural location to reach up and find/tap with one finger. Not a big deal, but awkward to me.

Better Than Bose Quiet Comfort
Top Quality Ear Buds for Mid-level Price:My earbud use-case is primarily two fold, travel and mowing the lawn.Mowing: My mower is a very loud 60″ Toro Zero turn, so active noise cancelling is a must. I started with no name over the ear headphones. The noise cancelling was 30% of the Bose Quiet Comfort ear buds, I eventually replaced them with. I consider the Bose the active noise cancelling benchmark and my experience with the QC ear buds did not disappoint.Bose: The noise cancelling was excellent. Sound volume levels were adequate but sound quality broke down in the upper 80% of the volume limit. The ear pieces were too big for my ear internals, resulting in a painful fit and the right bud falling out easily. The Anker X20’s: These are outstanding ear buds regardless of price. They came with five different ear cup sizes. The ones out of the box fit perfectly and were far more comfortable than the Bose. The app allows for a custom EQ based upon your hearing dynamics. The hearing test was interesting and the recommended EQ was enlightening. (Do the test in the quietest environment you can find, the sounds are very faint). The x20’s offered more adjustability and over all better sound quality that the Bose in my opinion. I like the over the ear hooks vs the in the ear friction fit option better. When mowing and doing active outdoor work I wear straight temple sport sun glasses so they don’t conflict with an over the ear, ear hook. If you wear “around the ear” sunglasses your mileage may vary.Active noise reduction in the x20’s is not quite as good as the Bose QCs, but it’s still VERY good. About 90% of the QC’s with better separation between voices and background than the Bose QC’s in my opinion.Price: I paid over $200 for my Bose ear buds, I was able to buy the X20’s on sale for less than $70. The Ankers at 1/3 the price are a no brainer. They are better sounding, more comfortable, more stable and cheaper.I will miss the cordless charging in the Bose case, that was a nice feature that Anker should incorporate into their case. But the Bose case was also a little bit bigger and a bit more awkward to carry.Hope this review was helpful.

Good for price
Pros: ear bud size – actually fits my ear. I have little baby ears and the extra small actually fits in my ears. Awesome.Sound – amazing sound quality and good base for in ear buds. Was really impressed my first time listening to them and they’re still a step above their price point for sound quality.Laying down – they’re not uncomfortable laying down with them on. Have fallen asleep with them a few times.Cons: battery life – I’m forever looking for a bud with battery life that can hold a charge for my entire work shift. I have to have two sets of buds to get through a shift and was hoping this would be the one but they’re not even close. They have about as much life as my $20 buds.Ear hook – it’s really not secure on your ear at all. It has caught them from falling to the ground when they’ve dislodged but they don’t feel secure at all on my ears and feel like they’re going fall. The charging case doesn’t tell you what percent they’re at so you never know if they’re charged or not. This is a huge flaw imo. Even my $20 buds have this feature.Overall I wouldn’t buy them again but I don’t regret buying them.

These are great for working out, they stayed in place while jogging or lifting weights. With my older earbuds, I would have to push the earbuds back in a couple times on my runs.Pros:- Sounds good- They can be turned on/off by holding down the buttons on the earbuds. This may help with battery life as they don’t need to be placed back into the case to turn them off, which would constantly charge the batteries- Are comfortable since they have hooks to keep them in place and weight distribution- Call quality seems to be good according to the people I’ve spoken too- No issues so far while connected to 2 devices at the same timeCons:- Noise cancelling is just ok, but not a deal breaker for me since I use these for running outdoors

Definitely good headphones, sounds is great, its quite balanced sound with a rich bass, not flat like some headphones in this price range. Easy to set up, and the app gives a lot of options. The best thing is after a workout you can use sauna and steam without worries of touch controls going crazy because of sweating and humidity because you have fiscall buttons. Fit is good and tight, even when you do intense workout, jumping jacks or something they will stay. You have 4 or five sizes of ear pieces to choose from for the best fit. Good purchase all in all. Battery life I need to check in future how it behaves. Functionality is great! 👌

The most important thing for my purchase were the extra ear hooks. And thus preventing the sudden loss of my earphones. In 2nd place the good functioning of the UNC. For the offered price, I am satisfied with the functioning of the UNC.

Gracias.
