Great Camera Quality, Customizable Notifications, Easy to Install
I debated for a long time about which door camera to get, and after reading a ton of reviews, I decided on this Ring Doorbell Camera. I wanted the Head-To-Toe one so I could see the ground for packages. It not only comes with super easy set-up instructions, but it also comes with a AA battery and charging station. ALSO WORKS WITH ALEXA. When someone rings the doorbell Alexa will notify you.Box: In the box is the camera, instructions for set-up and how to add your device to the mobile Ring App. It also comes with an extra battery for charging the camera, extra screws, and a wedge to lower the angle of the camera (it can tilt down or to the side depending on your space).Mobile App: The mobile Ring app is user friendly and easy to navigate. You can see all of your doorbell history free for 30 days (after that, it is $4.99 a month for the basic subscription). It is CHEAPER to pay for a year than to pay monthly. I chose the basic subscription because I only have one device and opted out of needing certain features (which is a personal choice). The layout of the app is clear and easy to understand and you can change the language.Camera/SoundQuality: The camera quality is excellent. It’s very clear even at night. Camera quality is one of the first things to look for when deciding on a camera and I have ZERO complaints so far. The video quality is just as good as pictures and when talking to someone, the sound is clear and easy to understand.I love being able to talk to people at the door from the app.Overall, I LOVE this camera. Idk why I waited this long to get it. 10/10 Recommend!!

Awesome battery powered video doorbell.
This is the doorbell from great quality & easy, hassle-free installation. Wether you have an existing doorbell or not, or just need a temporary camera in place, this ring video Doorbell is awesome. I have 2 that I use at one of my properties. The batteries last for months without needing replaced. I bought 2 spare batteries just to limit interruptions. Works perfectly.

A Nice Upgrade
I got this doorbell Plus model used at a pretty good price. I have been using one of the older early generation models for the longest time and this is indeed a noticeable upgrade, it performs faster, smoother and the cameraâs image quality is definitely more crisp and detailed. Also a lot wider view angle than what I had. Really happy with it.Having said that, there is no way Iâm gonna pay more than $100 for something like this. These things are overpriced at the regular price.

I installed a ring peephole camera in previous home, so the setup with this was a snap (pun intended). Hardest part was not dropping those tiny little screws on the cover. Images are clear.The peephole cam was spotty, missed alot of motion activity, strangely.Seems to be a delay motion detection, the assigned tone didn’t sound. Still good for checking the weather from bed ð…

Great battery life/user friendly app
We love our ring. The app is easy to use and replacing the battery on the ring is also simple to do. Weâve had ours for about a year and it still works just fine. You can adjust the motion sensitivity and even the area specifically you want the motion alert to be set for. The wide view is nice if you have a long porch or area that needs a wider view. No lag unless you have a camera too far away from the WiFi signal. We have one at our garage that we bought an extender for and it doesnât lag anymore.

It does exactly as it describes, I needed a little extra security at my home and this was the answer, the picture is high definition and the coverage is excellent. It takes care of all of our needs for front and back door security. I know when a package has been delivered or when that nosy neighbor comes by for a two hour chat. If your looking for a great product for an economical price, this is the one.

Easy to install and configure
This is my first Ring product, and the doorbell plus lives up to the hype. This camera comes with great features and functions via the Ring app, whether it be Android or iPhone. I set up my Ring as a wireless device, not wired or solar.Mounting the Ring on my door frame was easy, and I used the additional hardware to angle it appropriately. The viewing angle is excellent, and a subscription to their service is worth the money.I recommend purchasing an extra battery and keeping it charged so you can easily swap. The product comes with a special screwdriver that fits into the bottom of the Ring, keeping the battery covered. Do not lose this piece, or you might not have a tool that works.In all, I recommend adding additional Ring devices to my home.

The video doorbell at my front door, has been and fantastic addition to my home. Very sensitive, and nothing escapes detection at my door and close proximity. Very clear videos, even at night. Even when I’m away from home shopping etc., the doorbell alerts me of any movement at my door. I can also talk to people at my door, when I’m away from home. All in all, a must for home security.Since writing this review, the free recording of data has expired, and I’m now required to pay an annual subscription to keep the recording going. After paying good money for this item, I consider it an insult to have to pay more to use this item. Frankly I’m sorry I purchased this item now, and consider it a piece of worthless junk.
